The date of signing up for the service of Rosenblum law firm was September of 2020. I paid $500 to them as they requested as a startup fee. They required another $500 after I got my expungement with 6 months to 1 year. They told me the average time it takes for an expungement is 1 year. So i said ok. The nature of my dispute is that this Lawfirm never gives updates to keep you up to date on what is transpiring or to tell you what is required from you if anything. I have had to call the courts and ask for updates from them myself. And when I call Rosenblum law they tell me we will have the lawyer call you back and they dont call back. I have to call them and press buttons on the prompt for NEW CUSTOMERS in order to hear a live voice on the phone. Even then they transfer you to a secretary who cant speak to your concern and has no idea about your case. This Law firm doesnt even have the correct information about my case when i do get someone on the line. When i give them the correct updated information they respond with Oh. This place is a waste of money and you might as well process the expungement yourself instead of hiring someone. At the moment i am still waiting to hear back from the lawyer on the case to figure out the next steps. So far there has been little to know effort from the law firm and its really disheartening and frustrating for my family and myself. If you can go through with the expungement yourself or at least get a proven and trustworthy lawyer that really wants to help. I hope this helps someone else.Business response

I'd like to conclude by stating that we have no control over court process, procedures, time frame, fines or deadlines. We try our best to manage the relationship with the courts in a professional manner and remain in good standing so our clients don't run afoul of the court's good graces which typically leads to negative results.
