Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered $80 worth of shoes in August, was supposed to be shipped in December. In March I tried to request a refund and couldnt. Its now May, the business has shut down I think & never received my shoes.

I have bought over 150 pairs of Monkeyfeet shoes since 2017 and have always been happy with them. However, in 2022, I placed over $300 in pre-orders for some really cute shoes for my granddaughters and never received them. I have emailed many times, with no response to my emails and no shoes! Furious with this lady after spending several thousand dollars on her shoes over the years and to be treated like this is ridiculous! I hope she goes to jail!

Monkey Feet scammed me from hundreds of dollars!! Never received any of my orders. They have automated emails that give no solutions. They have turned off all communication. This has been going on for 2 years!!

I had a pre-order that was supposed to come in December of 22. Never came and never got a refund. Now Ive found out the company is closed up and owners disappeared. Really disappointed!

I have bought from ******* since 2018 when everything was still "ready to ship". I always received my orders. I slowly stopped buying when everything switched to "pre-orders". However, in 2022 she had some really cute shoes coming out that were pre-orders. I decided to place orders in March on these pre-orders that were supposed to be shipped June 2022 and September 2022. When summer came she said the shoes were delayed for whatever reason it was but the shoes would be shipped in September. September came and she said that she had to cancel the orders and she would give everyone refunds. She said you could either get your card refunded or get a gift card and she would add $10 to it. Since I never had issues buying from her I took the gift cards. New pre-orders came and I used the gift cards on those orders AND I placed another order and used my card. Months later she disappeared. $299.67 later we are out shoes and money. Searching on FB I found out she took everyone's money and ran. I emailed the company and never got a response... She literally disappeared. Horrible person. Years of buying from her and trusting the company for her to do this.

Stole money after pre order was never shipped. Said wed get gift cards instead of refunds but never gotten ANY merchandise

Had an issue with my daughter wearing grinch shoes for 10 minutes and the print wore off. They told me my toddler shouldnt be so rough on her shoes

She offered gift cards for refunds for orders that we never received. Then shut the entire company down. Now people have 100s of thousands dollars in gift cards and no one obviously use them or get their real money back. Horrible scam artist.

We purchased $130 worth of shoes for our kids and never received them. They kept lying about delays and eventually stopped responding its been 6 months, were still fighting them and the credit card company.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Never mailed shoes and stole money from thousands.
