I have been a patient with them for 9 years, but lately I cannot get a phone call returned to save my life. Their customer service is non-existent.If you have a choice in who you see for pain management, I recommend going elsewhere.

I recently had the privilege of being under the care of ******************************* and her PA, *******************************, a pain management specialist who has completely transformed my life. From the moment I stepped into their office, I knew I was in good hands. ******************************* and her PA, *******************************,'s expertise, compassion, and dedication to their patients are truly remarkable.First and foremost, ******************************* and her PA, *******************************, took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly understand my medical history. They asked detailed questions to provide personalized care. Their ability to explain medical information in a way that I could easily understand was truly remarkable. I never felt rushed during our appointments, and they patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns.******************************* and her PA *********************************** treatment plan was tailored specifically to my needs, and they always considered the best approach for my care. They explored various non-invasive and alternative therapies before resorting to medications and procedures. Their holistic approach (acupuncture and exercises) to pain management showcased their genuine desire to improve my quality of life rather than merely masking the symptoms.During my treatment, ******************************* and her PA, *******************************, displayed an exceptional level of empathy and compassion. They understood the physical and emotional toll chronic pain can have on an individual and made every effort to provide support and encouragement. Their caring nature created a safe and trusting environment, allowing me to openly discuss my pain and any related challenges I was facing.

Dr ********** took paperwork march 15th was promised April 1st along w procedure will be done !paperwork filled out but not signed on April 1st paper work is now $15 (was not told on March 15th ) I was not prepared for the $15 due to not being told, Called billing about it was not told about ******** called me n said can't fill out paper work now because policy is u must be patient for 6month,, "Dr was doing me a favor " However Dr will not fill it out ******** will exspire w in 5 ******** will have to all start over for 2yrs - If Dr was truthful then I would of had my family doctor fill it out n this issue wouldnot be an issue - Couldnot have procedure because I was to upset about the paper work , so neither was done that day because of lies n horrible communication!!! Never go to Relivus !!!

The doctor seems to be fine. However, I was told that I would have a authorization for an MRI within a week of my 1/3/22 appointment. It is now 2/8, and I have been told that my pre-certifications have been approved, but, first I was told they would be sent to me. They were never sent. I have called and left messages and people don't call back. Yesterday I finally got someone to help me who promised to email me the pre-cert numbers--never arrived. Once again, I called, sat on hold for a long time, reached someone who was going to "look into it" sat on hold again, until my call was transferred to someone's voicemail. If you go to this chain of doctors, prepare for no accountability, and no follow-up. Prepare not to be able to reach the office where you are going, and to be left in the lurch. Shameful.
