My name is *******************************; on 11/20/2021, I returned my Mercedes C class to Open Road Bridgewater by request. They were low on stock, and I received several letters and emails requesting I return my car early and that they would pay the balance due and the restocking fee. As it turns out, the car was not registered as a return with Mercedes financial until several days later. In the meantime, my auto payment of $465 was deducted from my bank account. Essentially, I paid for a car I no longer had in my possession. I contacted Mercedes Financial to explain what happened, and they provided proof that the car did not post until days after I returned the car to the dealership, for which I shared a copy with the manager. Mercedes did not tell me I should stop payment, and I didn't want the blemish on my credit by showing a late payment. Mercedes Financial disclosed that the dealership owes me the settlement.Additionally, a representative from MF called the dealership and tried to speak with the manager as I waited on the call. He never came to the phone; it was always the same story, not available, or he call will you back. At this point, nine months of attempts to resolve this is too much. Phone calls are re-routed, the manager never answers, and I leave yet another voicemail. More run around when I visited the business, the manager claimed he would resolve it for me, weeks went by nothing! Finally, I had to call him and, of course, no resolution. PLEASE REFUND MY $465 OR PROVIDE ME WITH A CAR FOR 30 DAYS!!

I walked into Open Roads of Bridgewater based off a recommendation. I had a monthly budget and out pocket budget in mind in which I told the salesperson straight up. Within 20 minutes I had picked the car and said lets do the paperwork. I had no reason not to trust them being that they claim they do a 100 point inspection. That 100% wasn't the case because I had nothing but issues, most of which they fixed when I dropped the car back off with them. Now fast forward, I get a flat tire on the side of the road. I have run flats so luckily I was close to a business partner's garage. He went to take off the tires only to tell me the lock is missing. I called Bridgewater several times only to be told that I'm SOL unless I tow it all the way to them (which they didn't offer the tow either). I called Mercedes Corporate, explained to them I'm not mad at the salesperson, I'm annoyed with the customer service and how I was treated. Best part is I got charged to take off the locked wheels.

After speaking with the general manager, we will reimburse the customer for the charges.

      Sincerely,
