[10/22/22 I purchased a product thru ABF Services with a 50 day return policy before being charged a monthly fee for the product. I returned the product which arrived where purchased on 11/7/22. I made numerous attempts by emailing customer support email If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected] regarding information about returning the product. I was informed that a rep would contact me by phone regarding my return and dissatisfaction with the product. I never received a return call or email. I started receiving text from Paul Watson on 11/9/22 about the product. I informed him that I returned the product where I purchased it due to no return calls from anyone from the company. I requested a call from a supervisor or a director of the company and address. I never received a call back or address to the company. I received a text from Steve on 12/21 regarding my payment. I asked Steve for an address or phone call from a supervisor of the company. He was unwilling to supply me with a phone call or address to talk to someone about this product. The phone numbers listed doesn't work and the email support address. No one never has contacted me back. I continue to request a phone call or email to address my return of the product and my frustration in which there is a lack of support.
