The service department has been extremely disappointing. After taking my Grand Cherokee in three times to get it fixed, they still haven't been able to figure out the problem. On my most recent visit, they assured me that the Jeep was fixed, only for it to have starter problems that very evening. When I requested a loaner car, they refused to accommodate my request, which is something I have never experienced with other dealers. Frustrated with the situation, I filed a complaint with ****, as this whole experience has been nothing short of terrible. The service manager has been unhelpful and avoids my calls, making the situation even more frustrating.Stay away from ****** Jeep! I didnt even want to add any star!! **************** Mall ****** ** has to be the worse place to get your car serviced and or place to purchase your vehicle. I was a victim of an auto theftluckilymy car was found.I took my vehicle to SansoneKia believing it would be an easy thing.Before I sent my car there I spoke to ****** assistant service manager at *** and she told me dont worry you should have your vehicle in a week.She spoke with confidence that it would take a week and that unfortunately since so many *** vehicles have been stolen they will be able to get it back to me as soon as possible.After a few days of my insurance and Sansone*** figuring out the total cost,the ok was given to get the work done to my vehicle. I had to call multiple times before it got that far.*** said they were waiting on my insurance my insurance said *** never called.Now Im not definite on the time from but it was over two weeks when I reached out for an update.I was told they are waiting for my insurance adjuster to check the vehicle because my window is broken and they need to add that.My window wasnt broken before the tow truck came and got it but at the dealership its broken.Whatever my adjuster ok the work again.Now because I expressed my disappointment on the communication and again reiterated the need for my car and how much money Im spending to get around etc. you would think ***Sansone would make a effort to keep me in the loop with what is happening with my car.Another 2 weeks pass by I contact ****** she tells me that they are waiting on a part.Im like ok when were you going to tell me. I told her before you can text me you dont have to call.Just like when you kept texting me to get the work approval for quote, you can text me a simple update. After over a month now I start showing up to *** first time I go there I walk in the new manager and ****** are in there office and can see me but dont acknowledge me.Another person comes in doesnt say anything.Until I say so no ones says hello anymore.Review from leanette c

In less than 10 months I have delt with the following: 1. new lease has broken down twice because of fuel injections issues. 2. I have paid for two tows out of pocket they were dispatched using their app (so no towing isn't always free) 3. they do not always reimburse towing expense they only do it one time and they call it a courtesy 4. I was put in an unsafe loaner vehicle that would not shut off. 5. Communication with the service center is terrible. I have spent two weeks waiting for an update on the status if my Sonata. 6. It takes them over a week to work on my car every time. When you ask for a ETA on the repairs they say they can provide that because there are several cars in front of you.7. I asked management if there was a way to get into other lease with another car his exact words were "You didn't expect to buy a perfect car?. Did you?" 8. when you file a complaint with their headquarters it takes about a week to hear back 9. sent their customer service department a complaint and they never responded. 10. Not only does it take hours to get towed off the highway it takes days to hear a response about what the issues is because they haven't even looked at the car. It really is not safe how the car automatically slows down without warning. then shuts off. Not giving the driver the chance to move to the shoulder from the fast lane. Even towing company's have issues towing it because of this feature.Review from Yasser E

They sent my car to **** dealership and they did not fix it. It took more then 2 months and I have been out of a car. They want me to pay to fix the car when I just started financing the car. I would never go back to them again and Im warning you to never go there. They lied to me and then do not communicate I would give it 0 stars if I canReview from Angie A

I dropped my car off for a warranty issue 3/27 it is now 4/17 and I have no update. I have called several times every single day and even popped up to see what is going on just to keep hearing "we will call you back with an update" I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK WITH AN UPDATE AND ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS. After telling reception I'm not getting off the phone until I speak to management (because this experience is beyond ridiculous) I was connected to *** who has told me my advisor is ***** and I would definitely get a call that Thursday. Who wants to guess if I got a call? NOPE. It is now Monday 4/17 and I've called the extension given to me 4 times- someone keeps answering saying nothing then hanging right up DURING BUSINESS HOURS then when I call the front desk I get reception trying to get someone on the phone they seem to be with customer.. every single time. When I showed up in person not one associate was with not one customer. WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON ********************** SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This is beyond unprofessional.Review from Christopher D

I have taken my 2017 Dodge Durango RT in for service numerous times driving approximately 30 minutes back and forth between my home and the service center at Sansone. About two months ago I brought my vehicle in due to the check engine light being illuminated giving a code with a leak. My air conditioning unit also needed service as it was blowing hot air, and I could hear the compressor making a loud noise. I advised them that I would like the air conditioning unit checked as well as the leak fixed. They fixed the leak and preformed a clean out of the **** system and ducts (not what I asked for). I begin driving home and notice that the air conditioning unit is still blowing hot air so I turn around and inquire exactly what I paid for because the air conditioning unit wasnt working. Turns out I paid for a service I didnt need nor asked for and my problem was not solved. Naturally I had to bring it back another day and have the air conditioning unit fixed correctly. Which was another almost $2,000. When I bring it in I advise them that sometimes when I attempt to start the vehicle it isnt starting and I just here a click, they tell me that its the key fob battery that needs to be replaced. Air conditioning finally gets fixed I get my vehicle and sure enough. My vehicle continues to not start correctly. Now I have bring the vehicle back in again to have them check the starter which I initially asked them to do (they said it was the key fob batter and the starter is fine). They then tell me the starter needs to be replaced, so obviously I ask them to replace it. Im advised the part is there and they are going to fix it. I wasnt going to wait so I have my wife pick me up. I am then advised that they dont have the part and it will be in the next morning (yesterday) the part doesnt come in until late in the day and they wouldnt be able to fix it until today. Another $1,000 later I finally have it back. This business is completely incompetent!Review from Alton P

My wife and I arrived at the dealership on 3/15/2022 around 1245-1pm. We were not greeted by anyone. There were numerous people around. We looked into every SUV located on the right hand side of the entrance. I do suspect a racial undertone as we observed a Hispanic female and Caucasian female be greeted and assisted by staff member. I am African American and my wife is Caucasian. We will never step foot in this establishment again. I own a Nissan Pathfinder and I wont go to Sansone Nissan for service. We will take our business elsewhere with less racial implications.Review from Samantha V

I got my car from here and they were able to get me a good deal. When I first came here the man who helped me through the process was very understanding however the person who Initially came to do the paperwork with me was very rude and tried to rush me through the process by stating are you going to buy the car or not, I have to go home thats a pretty odd way of trying to get me to buy the car. I let the manager know and he switched me to another person more understanding.Fast forward to 2 years later... I still get my oil changes done here because there are some genuine staff here however it seems to get worse every time I come. The energy is very aggressive and hostile especially with each other. Theres little to no teamwork and more than likely you hear them speaking with attitude or aggression. Then they take it out on the customer by being monotone or barely helping when theres questions. One of the people helping today asked me to fix other portions of my car but I already explained for today I only intend on my oil change. He raised his voice slightly and with an attitude told me it has to get done eventually even if money is a problem or it will get worse. Im only here to do an oil change but the environment heres makes me not want to come back for oil change or any adjustments to my car at all. There definitely needs to be new management and maybe even a teamwork course or session because the way they speak to each other and customers is absolutely in no way shape or form... Professional I feel like they can do so much better here. Ill give them the benefit of doubt however the next time I wont come back.Review from Joseph K

hey wont fix my car. Theyve had it since Dec 3 2021. Its Feb 12 2022. Terrible service. I my motor blew up at ****** miles and no one will help me. People hang up on me. Take my name and number but rarely does anyone call. I cant get a completion date. 70 days no car and refuse to give me a loaner. Ive made 2 months of car payments now. When I call all they say is its pending approval. Hyundai Sansone automall ******* doesnt care about you after you buy their junk even if its under warrantyReview from Howard T

Purchased a pre-owned Hyundai from them and paid them to order the plates. Six week later not only have no plates arrived but they have totally ghosted us. We dont even know if they ever ORDERED the plates because they wont talk to us. Wont return emails calls, nothing. Voicemail boxes are all full. Emails are ignored. We have been nothing but pleasant and so I can only surmise that since they already have our money they have no interest in spending time dealing with us when they can be spending that same time selling a car to another customer. I have never had such a negative car buying experience. Avoid these guys or at the very least dont let them take care of registering your vehicle.
