      Custom logo hat purchase for company promotion 2/13/2023. Emails said they were on the way but no tracking number and no response for the last couple months regarding the hats or a refund.
      Had a successful similar purchase with the co-company Headwear Hut also based in Somers Point NJ in 2022.
      Tried reaching out directly to the owner of these companies Robert I Jr. but no response.

      I ordered several dozen custom hats and they charged my card before I approved the proof. They could not provide the image I needed but only offered a store credit ($840) instead of a refund. None of this was listed in their policies prior to ordering. I did agree to change my design in order to use the credit in May of 2023. Now in December of 2023 not only have I not received any product, I can see that I am not the only one to pay for product never received. They continue to send me sales emails to order new product and respond right away if I show interest. However, they will not give me a resolution on the order I paid for 7 months ago

      I purchased a custom hat. After more than 70 days it has not been delivered. I have seen a photo of the hat and received a "tracking number", which shows that the package has never left the "warehouse".This company is a scam.

      I ordered 50 custom caps from Delusion in July 2022. I have reached out to them multiple times looking for updates with little to no response from them. In December of 2022, they sent me a photo proof of the hat and it did not match what I had ordered or requested. They assured me that they could fix the issue in January 2023. Still nothing in April. I reached out to them and requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. They refused. I asked to escalate the issue due to the ridiculous amount of time the order was taking and their lack of communication. They quit responding to my emails and then on May 23, nearly a year after my initial order and payment, they sent me an email stating that my order was out for delivery. Worst customer experience I have ever had. They have zero interest in making this right.

      Ordered hats and beanies from this company in the past with no issues. That changed with this most recent order. We ordered 100 hats and 100 beanies in October of 2022. It is now April of 2023 and we still have not received our orders and have not received refunds from the company. I have reached out to their customer service via email and phone only to never hear back.

      I ordered custom hats on 12/9/22. I was told they would be shipped out by the 3rd week of February. I have not received my hats and they will no longer answer emails and noone ever answers the phones. The last email correspondence I received stated they did not have a ship date, nor could they give me one.

      I ordered customs hats with these guys over 2 months ago and still have not received my order. They claim the item is out of stock and would be back by the end of 2022.They just send me an email telling me the item is in stock in their marketing emails.This business is a total scam, Avoid like the plague.

      Delusion MFG, as far as I can tell has taken my money with no intention to complete my custom order or ship this year. We are now about 3 months out from when I placed the order and no word on when the order will be completed and shipped. They have ignored many of my inquiries and only issued hollow apologies and lies about the status of my order. Right now, I am seeking a refund for my order. Probably won't receive said refund (or my order), but hopefully others will think twice before engaging with this company and their misleading / shameful business practices.

      I ordered about 6 hats that were listed as shipping within 48 hours. Because about a week before Christmas I wasn't surprised when I didn't get a shipment confirmation within the time they said the items would ship, but after a few weeks of waiting I got concerned that I had been taken in by a scam. I contacted their customer service desk asking for a refund and to their credit, they did get back to me the next day. They said that the items would ship in 1-2 weeks and that they couldn't issue a refund because it was against their policy. I said that it seemed not shipping things in the time frame they promised on their website was just as much against any policy as issuing refunds and again asked for my money back. At this point, I really don't know whether this is a legitimate business or not, but I do know that they're customer service is abysmal and I would highly recommend steering clear of them because they really shouldn't be in business.I just want to cancel my order and get a refund since nothing has been shipped, and I wasn't told that it would take anywhere near this long.
