April 2021- brought in for diagnostic to resolve check engine light. Told problem was oil filter housing unit needed to be replaced. told my car was ready to pick up. Went to pick up and was told a "rookie" made a mistake and my car would not start (no issue starting prior to). Could not pick up that day. Less than 1 week after pick up my car would not start. Towed to Midas. Midas could not resolve issue and denied any relation to break down being related to service. Moved my car to Jeep dealer/mechanic without permission x2 (2 different towns) over a period of a few weeks. Car towed to Midas on 4/14- did not get Jeep back until 6/28- very limited contact. Never signed any estimate or agreed to a price. They would not give me my Jeep back without payment I never agreed to and they did not give me proper records or paperwork for when they had my Jeep in their care. My Jeep came back with a tire sensor light on that had not been on previously and check engine light came back on.
