Very unprofessional, I do not recommend them . They preach you can cancel anytime . However after my medical mishap I was told by my doctor to stop taking those medications.it was less than a week after I went . I was prescribed medication before my lab results were in. Then they said they did so According to my symptoms. My only symptoms now are they are trying to strong arm me out of a additional 710.00 after I purchased the medications out right .they waved the 100 dollar lab tests because the lab was down. However don't cancel you will be charged medication and office visits that never happened.

We are not always able to exceed every patient's expectations due to everyone being unique. In some cases where our team tries to address concerns through our policies, there are nuances that can get missed. Management will provide every effort to rectify the situation with the patient, but is limited to patient responses. When a patient does not engage, then there is only so much our management team can do.Review from Roy B

Bottom line - just there to collect your money. Had to fill out embarrassing details online (that will stay there forever). Person 1 takes my blood, asks all embarrassing questions again. Person 2&3 come in ask all embarrassing questions again (don't these people talk) - give me plan to take injection. Person 1 gives injection, will be back in 10 minutes to see if it works. 15 minutes later person 4 comes in - He is high pressure sales, looks at/touches me - gives high pressure sales -$3K 1yr, 2yr, 3 yr.... I say I'm not prepared to pay $3k without a plan, person 4 says - you can leave anytime. I walk out with ********, doesn't go away - very painful, 2hrs later I call back, they tell me to come back in. I get reverse shot to take painful ******** away. Two take-aways, don't think they know what they are doing, person 4 is your used car salesman - has no other purpose.Review from Dan G

They are like used car sales people they tell you what you want to here then don't deliver sent me home with a bag of pills and nothing once they got my money called them told them the pills where not working they just told me to come in and try something else something more expensive that it was my fault place is trash ***Review from Leonard D

Nothing but ** 3000 dollars for nothing. What a scam. If you believe in snake oil , give them your hard earned money. Can't wait till state files a lawsuit against them.Northeast Men's Clinic, LLC Response
