      Owner ************************* will sweet talk you into his service making promises that later on he will forget all about. I have plenty of examples of what this man has said and what he has done which has been nothing. I have waited for replacement of a $1000.00 cast iron sink, faucet and drain and all I receive from **** is angry, nasty text messages. This complaint has been since 2021 and now he is refusing to replace it at all. In the in-law addition we have had to replace the ceiling as well as the walls because of mold growing. I also worked for **** and will continue to file complaints against him and his company.My advice to anyone would look up the attorney general report on this company as well as get everything in writing before committing to anything. Pictures and text messages can be supplied upon request.
