The worst online academy ever. Nothing they say or do is true. I was double charged and then denied a refund. Horrible service. Horrible response time. Do not recommend

We apologise for the unpleasant experience you had. Having checked your account, we do not find any double charge for any item. We had received two payments on 27th November 2021 which were for two different items: Alternate Therapy Module E-Certificate and Alternate Therapy Module Toolkit. These two purchase are non-refundable as it gets activated immediately for download right after the payment and we also showed confirmation message before making the payment. Regarding your request for the Adobe trial in Ticket #*******, we have already escalated your case to Adobe and our supervisors are already following up with them for faster resolution. We again apologise for the delay in resolving your query due to holiday, but we promise to provide you with the Adobe trial as soon as possible. I do not recommend this company, there are thieves and scammers. without my consent, they charge money even though I canceled my subscription, they took my money and they refused to return it. They call with the information that their policy does not allow me to return the money but they can give me more free hens and as I say they do not want to hang up and after a while they call the same. the service is very unpleasant. I do not recommend the company. I don't even know how they found me. I should have a free course and now I have to argue about my money backReview from April A

They drafted money out of my account without my permission. They have no working number and they keep giving me the run around for my refund they owe me. They owe me $69.99... They cancelled my subscription last year October and then charged me again this October saying I reinstated my enrollment. I never started my enrollment with them. So that means they kept my payment information and reinstated themselves to charge my account. Please be aware that this school is a fraud.Review from Dawn H

Shaw Academy will steal your money by making it difficult to cancel so they can charge you for another month. I tried to cancel online but it said I had to call so a representative could find out why I wanted to cancel. Again this is a ploy to extend the time so they can charge another month. Due to time zones, it was difficult to reach them on the phone and when I finally did it was a recording with no mention of why I was cancelling. In the meantime, they charged my account another month at $69.99 and refused to refund me even though I had been trying to cancel but the website would not allow you to cancel, and I had never opened a single class. The bottom line is they stole $69.99 from my account and would not refund me because they do this on purpose! Why would anyone want to deal with a company that has no ethics, especially an educational institute!Review from Cecelia M

In my opinion, learning English in a professional manner through show academy is a great experience. I really enjoy my course in the way it is designed for the students. Although I miss some of the lectures, however, I find an opportunity to follow them through the dashboard facilities that contain all the program details. I really loved the 1st module in Photoshop , everything was going well until the 2nd module. I finished all the classes for the 2nd Module , and as soon as i head over to the assignments and start test , it just doesn't open. A new tab appears and It's blank. Moreover , I even tried to contact customer support E-mail , an automated message arrived informing me that in a couple of days a technical assistant will contact me. Well oh well the Technical support never arrived and I'm currently in Module 3 without even finishing the assignments of the 2nd Module, I don't know If I'm getting the certificate or not. If i don't , I'm definitely lodging a Legal complaint.Review from Khushi D

I have given 4 star because I am from India, and all the people from India don't know English well. So if possible then make the lectures little bit slow. And over all experience is fabulous. The courses, way of presenting it's all good.
