On Jan 30th 2021 I booked a room for 2 nites arriving 02/04/2022 and departing Sunday 02/06/2022. On 02/04/2022 a Winter advisory was issued for travel in MA and New Hampshire due to hazardous icy driving conditions. When I called to cancel and rebook the hotel/general manager said they had a 2 day notice policy for cancelling. I explained about the driving conditions (there numerous accidents that Friday see the Boston Globe) they did not rebook but charged me for a nite seconds after I hung up the phone. The general manager was supposed to call me back (big surpise no phone call)Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/14) */ Hello ***** ******* reservd room for 02/04/20222 on 01/30/2022 at time of booking we notified guest and email confirmation we sent on time of booking says 24 hours before arrival date cancelation policy, mr ******* call on 02/03/2022 to cancel reservation but its pass the cancelation policy , for us its very hard to sell room if guest call just day before to cancel reservation dew to weather, their lot of other guest came to our town and stay that day , if he doesnt want to come just because of weather why doesnt he call ahead and cancel ? for us its very hard when all the price is gone up 2 to 3 time higher then last year labour, utilities etc we just authorize the credit card we havenot charged yet attached confirmation file please let us know if you wan us to release payment Thank you Pari P****
