This is a non responsive company. Over a month ago I purchased a single tile from the company...paying equal part for the product and shipping. Almost a month ago the company sent a non working tracking button for the product tracking that leads to a page cannot be found empty page. We were waiting on the final tile to finish a project but despite numerous calls and emails to the company I cannot get any info on the order status of the single tile piece. I am going to attempt a refund from my payment method since the company is non responsive. We have wasted time dealing with this matter and will have to obtain the product elsewhere.Initial Complaint

I am writing this complaint as there are basic customer service, sales skills, follow up, and retention standards that any regular person would expect when trying to purchase a product from a company. Poshaus in *****, ** is kitchen, bath, sink, and bathroom boutique small company. We, my wife and I, started to purvey their floor display items about 5 weeks ago, June 2 2024, and we dealt with the following upon entry: one person in the back of the floor, working at a desk, and literally did not turn around to greet us.......I kind of jokingly said, " Hi, how are you, how can I help you"......and still did not elicit a response....so we just looked on our own for an hour......but since they have more to offer than the HomeDepot and big box stores, for variety they are really the only gig in town......my wife tried to make contact with the main sales person, ******, and was unsuccessful as he could not be reached, and message goes to vm. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, and finally he came out to our new home on June 14th and we selected sink and he said he would look for us to order a particular faucet for the sink.......my wife has called back three times, with no response and not even just a call to say I am busy........I am also in company with many others who have complained on Yelp and if nothing changes, nothing changes. I placed an order for a Lenova SS-LA-23 undermount stainless steel sink- with payment ****** through the Shop app on January 19, 2024. For a total of $396.00, free freight. I have made dozens of attempts to contact Posh Haus customer service, through their customer service number, I have left numerous messages, sent emails, sent requests for updates through the **** app. Over 20 weeks ago, I placed this order --- I have never once received any communications from this retailer, in regards to a status update, request for a refund. Nothing. If I lived closer I would go in person, but based on other reviews/complaints that isn't much help either. We ordered some bathroom wall paneling through this store back on March 18th, our plans had changed and initially tried to order new panels. To make a long story short the new panels never came, and we were never issued a refund for the original panels, even though we were promised one. They sent an invoice and everything claiming a return would be made but it's been 2 weeks now and there is no refund that's been issued to our account. I placed an order and paid for item/shipping on 3/7/24 (******* stem extension for shower handle). Still have not received it. I have emailed several times, only twice have I gotten a response back. In one email from company 3/18/24, they stated the item was to be shipped that Wed/Thurs. I so 3/20-3/21. Still have not gotten stem or a email back since 3/18/24. I waited until 3/26/24 to email again, as shipping takes a while. But, I never did get a confirmation email that item shipped as email receipt and website claims. I have not gotten a email back since 3/18/24. I emailed 3/26/24, 3/29, 4/3, 4/4 with no response? I just want this item or a tracking number, delivery date, or refund if they can't provide this stem.Business Response

I ordered a shower panel 3/16. I was advised on 3/18 they were out of stock and the manufacturer discontinued them. They advised they would issue a refund of the ******. I placed an order for a nightstand on 2/28/2024. Before I placed the order I called the company to ensure the item was in stock and that shipping would not be an issue. The gentleman I spoke with said yes it was in stock and can be delivered in a week. I have since heard nothing, I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond to an email, or respond to a voicemail. They immediately charged my credit card $1299 and seem to have no intention of shipping anything. I was once able to get someone on chat who told me "Warehouse confirmed this is awaiting pickup from their freight truck. Sometimes this can take awhile to ensure safe delivery. On Feb 6, 2024 I ordered a shower surround. I ordered the surround because it said it would be sent out within 6-7 business days. I have not received my delivery and there is no way to track the product. The company doesn't answer my phone calls and is unresponsive to my recent emails. The order number is #***** and it totalled almost $1000. I would be happy with a prompt response from the company, but I get no response at all. If this company would have been clear about how long delivery would take then I would have ordered the product from someone else. It seems like they just wanted your money and didn't concern themselves that they carried out prompt delivery. They answered my calls initially, but now it just rings through to an answering machine and I get no response from them after leaving multiple messages and emails.Business Response

I ordered a $3,000 Verona Signature Series Wall Oven off of Amazon with Posh Haus as the seller.
They sent tracking info a few days later and I began to wait for delivery. It felt off that USPS was delivering a wall oven, but I figured this was safe since this was from Amazon. Item says delivered on Amazon and usps site, while nothing was delivered at all. The Amazon order details also state a freight delivery was set up, which A) was never done and B) usps is not a freight company. I called usps and they stated “sir, you were scammed. We don’t deliver items of that size and the seller paid $3 and sent an item under one ounce. I doubt your oven weighs under one ounce. You need to call Amazon right now and report this fraud.” I call Amazon next and the rep sends them emails and calls them. No response. I now see that they have done this numerous times to others from this site and ********* having the same stories. This is disgusting. They never intended to send the oven and more than likely do not even have it. They knew they were robbing me just like they have to the others who unfortunately were taken for thousands of dollars as well. $3,141.79 stolen from these unethical scammers. Nothing was ever delivered to my front porch as you can see from uploaded near porch camera because my wife was outside at the time of “delivery” and there was never an oven sent to begin with. Intent to steal my money and never send the product was always the case.Business Response

We were able to reach **** and the product was delivered in person. Large oversized items like this can be delivered by semi truck or a smaller vehicle and our shipper has to reach them on the phone to confirm the delivery profile. The oven did require a replacement door glass which **** was picking up at the local factory warehouse.
