With all of the construction going on we had a lot of balls in the air and we needed to get fiber internet and phones as well as set up our IT closet and install Wifi access points ASAP. He introduced vendors and made awesome referrals to people who did good work and we could trust. Later when there were problems, Ben stepped in to get our issues escalated so that we received the highest level of support we could from our phone and internet company.
