They installed our roof a little over a year ago. The "wrinkle" they said would come out on the back roof did not, infact, come out because it's not a wrinkle. It's a gash from when they stripped the first poor installment attempt. We paid $10,000 for work that has obvious defects in it, and whenever I think about having hired them, I deeply regret it. I don't like the way my home looks now or having paid full price for work that was obviously screwed up along the way. The sales guy talked us into things that, upon reflection, were really not the best fit for our home. And they lie and don't care. Also wanted to add that the rubber roof, aside from having a permanent gash mark in it, was also installed near bedroom windows. So every summer we will be smelling the burning rubber until it gets replaced again. The metal roof they installed on our awning was also damaged because they used screws that were way too long, so they poke through the wood, and now I'm fearful that the main roof was also incorrectly installed.Review from Gloria R.

I have been waiting for a couple of months for a snow guard that came down this winter. They ordered 2 of them in black when the guy got here they were grey. I had 1 that was ok & the other was broken. That’s what I’ve been waiting for. I have called a number of times & Kaitlyn says I’ll call you which never happens I have to call them back. I’m still waiting & she said the piece came in last week & they have still not scheduled me. I think I’ve been pretty patient. They have been paid in full so I guess they don’t care. At this point I would not recommend this company.
