  Waited over 6wks for a faulty shower install and they refuse to call back and work with us after getting their financing pulled through. Won't call us back or email us. It's been since May 31st and now it's Oct 1st. Said they would discount us for faulty install but wouldn't say how much and now they won't call us back to address it. We are selling the house and can't be bothered by ripping out shower to have to pay someone to re-spackle and repaint our walls again. Paid premium price for a small shower that won't align right. Very disappointed. I chose to pay top dollar to not have issues like this!

  After seeing an ad, I contacted ******. I made an appointment for Monday at 10 AM. I received several messages, confirmed and was given the name and photo of the *********** ****** 10 AM ***** knocked on my door. He walked in and asked if he could set things down for a presentation. He asked if Mr. **** was home. I told him no.***** followed me into our bathroom. He took basic measurements asked a few questions, then made a suggestion about ***lacing plumbing wall with a glass wall. ***** asked when my husband would be coming home - I told him that this was my project and my husband would not be joining. After further discussion, we left the bathroom.***** asked to use the restroom. I moved to the table and was texting when ***** joined me, I presumed he would need a few minutes on his tablet, so was quiet while he set up. ***** asked me why my husband wasnt at the appointment, inquiring whether I had disclosed I would be solo. He stated his preference for ** appts, since there was a lot of information to cover. ***** further told me that he would be giving me an estimate with pricing good for a year and pricing established for today. Although irritated by the misogynistic tone; I had made the appointment specifically to get the estimate, I put my phone down and gave ***** my undivided attention.***** opened his tablet and began the sales pitch. He was on his second or third slide discussing Kohlers market share, When he quizzed me about who ******* competitor might be. I found that ridiculous and told ***** I didnt care who the next company was. ***** immediately bristled and began packing his materials away, telling me he would not continue. Start to finish ***** was in my house For 9 minutes.I was interested, I still need the information. I have no idea how any direct sales company could have a sales *** who is so inept.I called the phone number left on my voicemail, expressing my dismay and annoyance with how ***** treated me and my project.
