It used to be great , but has gone downhill since it was sold. The phone system gives you the runaround. They sent the wrong type of cpap mask. My respiratory therapist was unhelpful and when I asked for a different person, they never called me back. They send robo calls constantly asking me to reorder supplies through them.Review from Rosalie B

I was referred because I reestablished with a sleep doctor and needed to replace my recalled cpap device. I receive a phone call but no voice mail. Two weeks later I called and spoke to an operator who put me through to a voice mail. I left a message. 3 weeks later I called back only to get put through to a woman who was just plain nasty. She had an attitude from the first second. Claimed she called three days in a row and argued with me when I said I had called and left the message. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $180 from 2014 to which I have never received a bill for and I couldn't get services until that was paid and she couldn't help me with that i would have to call and speak to the billing department. She then said my case was closed and she would have to reopen it and call me back. She seemed bothered she would have to go through the trouble. This was two weeks ago and she hasn't called back. I'll be bringing my business else where. won't help customer because of an elleged bill from almost 10 years ago thats ridiculous.Review from Deborah A

Today George dropped a hospital bed and table. He was sefficient and friendly. Really thought he did a great job. Glad to know there are some nice people out there helping others.AdaptHealth Response

I'm tired of being billed twice. I have complained about this before. I pay my bill online & several weeks later I get billed from Keene Medical Products, * ******* **** ******** **. I've asked them to get their billing updated. This is so bad every month. ***** ********Review from Jeanne m.

This business has failed to deliver medically needed supplies again and again to our facility for IDD individuals. Every time we call we are given excuses as to why it is not in the mail. We are currently waiting for an order that was approved by insurance and ordered 6 weeks ago. The receptionist, Rachel gives us lies again and again as to why the supply is not in the mail. Previous orders were received as half orders and the remaining portion of the order was never received.Review from Tiffany A

Keene medical claims to provide life saving equipment when you need it. In order for that equipment to work it actually needs to be delivered to the home on time. Or at all. I get O2 delivered for my special needs child as needed. I ordered my child’s O2 on Monday for a delivery date of Wednesday. I was told, after having not received the needed oxygen, they never had a record of my order. I called multiple times to find out the problem and 3 times I was told it would be looked into. No one responded to my inquiries. I was finally told, rudely, since they had no record of the order that we would have to wait another day for it to come. There reason for waiting was just not enough employees. When someone is in need of oxygen there is no waiting. Completely unprofessional in all respects. This is not the first issue I have had. I had was a problem with a suction machine charging cord last fall. I was told to go find something at a store to fix it or take my child to hospital if he needed suctioning, because it wasn’t there problem. A few years back they gave me a used suction machine and tried to pass it off to insurance as a new one. Until I called them out on it they finally replaced it. No one in this company wants to take responsibility.AdaptHealth Response

I had to replace my CPAP 2 years ago covered by my insurance, I checked my insurance claims and see a monthly charge of $675.00 against my insurance for a cpap machine I own that my insurance paid for that is over $16, 200.00 for my machine in 2 years that belong to me also they charge my insurance $190.00 for a face mask that I can buy on Amazon for $17.00 the same one that Keene sends me a month after I place my orderAdaptHealth Response

Dear Mr. *****,
The PAP device that you had rented is a complex Bi-Level device (ASV) which is typically more expensive than a standard CPAP device.
It appears that you have actually rented 3 of these machines since you started therapy back in 2017. Your insurance pays for the rental of the device until it caps at 13 months of rental and then you own the device. If the device fails and you need another machine then your insurance starts another 13 month capped rental period. Your insurance does not purchase "New" machines they rent these until they cap. Your current machine is capped and you own it.
As far as supplies are concerned we bill your insurance based on suggested retail and your insurance pays the amount they approve. You may have a 20% co-payment due for supplies or machine rental depending on your plan and whether or not you have met your annual deductible. Some of your charges have been paid at 100% by your insurance.
I have contacted our Billing Team Leader to reach out to you and explain the billing process and what has been billed and paid to date.

Please pick another supplier for you medical needs! These guys are clueless in the customer service area. They kept shipping me the wrong products. Upon calling to find out where my products were, they claimed there was a problem with my insurance, but that now it was all set, and would ship out my products. I was mad and asked why I was not contacted about the insurance issue, I couldn't believe that my products hadn't shipped out yet. I was put on hold, only to have them come back and say, oh your products have already shipped. I responded that they were lying to me, at which point they admitted that they had lied. My last product shipment was again the wrong one. I told them that I no longer wanted to deal with them. I have found a different supplier that is professional, courteous and accurate with their shipments. Do yourselves a favor and find a different supplier. Shame on your company. The owner needs to get more involved with the business and correct the issues.
