      They called me. Ask me if it’s me when I ask what the matter is about they won’t tell me I checked my credit report I don’t owe anything I’ve never taken out a loan a mortgage a loan I have three credit cards. None of them owe money. Don’t know whst this is about. But I will not confirm personal information without them telling me.

      The law requires we confirm the identity of the individual before we can disclose the information on the debt.  Mr. **** refused to confirm the 2nd means of identification we needed so we could not proceed with the call.   There is a valid debt in this office; he needs to call us at 1-888-697-5566 and confirm his identity, we will then disclose the information.   He is correct, it is not yet on his  credit file so he would not find the information there.

      I am not liable for this debt with ********** ***** *NC, I do not have a contract with the collection agency trying to collect Benuck & Rainey / BNCK RAINY 24****X, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      This debt was settled in July of 2022 and we reported it to Transunion as such.   If your report is still showing this to be an active file, then you must alert the credit bureaus that the information on your report is incorrect so they can correct it.

      I recieved a letter from Benuck & Rainey. The letter wasn't mailed to my house. It was mailed to my employer. For this reason it took over a month to make it's way to me. Letter states I owe $106.50 between 9/23/22 and the date on the letter 02/02/23. This is the first I have been aware of ANY outstanding balances and due to my letter being mailed to the incorrect address, I now am past their date of 3/18/23 to dispute or even inquire the name of the original creditor.

      I have received Multiple phone calls regarding a medical debt, sometimes multiple times a week. I have agreed to pay the remaining balance of my debt but they will not send me documentation of my owed amount. The caller states they sent me a bill 5 months ago and will not sending anything more. She wants me to give her my bank information over the phone to pay off the bill. i do not know if this is a scam or not and i do not feel comfortable giving my account info over the phone to a random person. If i did get a bill 5 months ago, i do not know where that is now, I asked if they could send me one more so I can make a proper payment by check and she refused. There is way too much fraud out there for me to give someone my bank info on the phone with out documentation or a secure website to use, and the lady just yelled at me on the phone it was the only way to pay them . Something is not right ... i want to pay the bill ( I know it is a medical bill i did have) but i need a legit way to make the payment ..... and to not get yelled at when i ask for a secure way to make payment

The first letter from our office was sent then, the most recent was November 11, 2021. She mailed us a $50 payment in December of 2021. We advised her we do not send monthly statements and gave her our mailing address to issue payment (payment over the phone is not required). We will send one more letter, but she must hold on to this as we will not continue to send statements.       Today 11/15/21 I called Benuck & Raining first at 9:08 am, and then again at 9:11am . The first call the lady hung up on me when I asked why I couldn't have a copy the bill. When I called back after speaking with a different lady, who I told I needed a copy to give to my attorney for bankruptcy case. Then demanded to know my attorneys name. I asked her to please just send me a copy in the mail if she couldn't email me what I owed!She continued to tell me that they would not send me my own bill to pay! I asked for her supervisor and was transferred to a Sherry H*** ( could not hear the last name and lady would not restate and hung up on me). Before she hung up, I asked why they would give my bankruptcy lawyer a copy but not me. She said oh I was listening when you told the other lady you have a lawyer and you said it was for and accident, not a bankruptcy . Mama do you have an attorney or not? I exsplained I never once said anything about and accident only bankruptcy. I was told that a bill was mailed back in September. I never received this , which I told her only to be told " well we did not get it returned to us so you had to have gotten it and are not being honest! ". I was being completely honest and just wanted to have a copy of what I owed so I could pay my bill! Was told that they don't send out multiple letters. I completely understand that because so.e would consider that harassment, but since I was asking for it myself and they have it recorded it is not harassment. . I don't mind paying a bill I owe and actually it was what I was trying to do! But I can't and won't pay something with out some kind of statement saying what I owe! Somehow I was the unreasonable one for wanting proof of what I owed!!! They can call people day in day out but when someone actually wants to pay they make you jump through hoops!

Per the FDCPA, we are not to communicate with you once you are represented by counsel. This is the reason we declined to send the information to "YOU". As the second call went on, you then said you didn't have an attorney yet. Both calls were more than confusing, contradicting information previously stated and my representatives have to err on the side of caution. It was not confusing. I stated that I was getting an lawyer so that I could file bankruptcy, not to dispute the charge or because of workers comp that the people from your company stated!. Now I know you are lieing because I only told the lady on the phone I was getting all my bills together to file bankruptcy, and needed a copy of the Breggs bill that was with your company now. I simply asked for a copy so I could pay it!! Also your response says nothing about being told I could not receive a copy because you sent one in September that I never got mind you! To which I was called a lier, and that I had to have thrown it away because your company didn't get it back! Which is when I said I don't live in the best area, and don't open mail that is not from someone I know or I am expecting!       I received a letter from Benuck and Rainey dated July 16th, 2021, attempting to collect a debt on a car insurance policy that I cancelled last year. I sent a written request asking for verification of the debt, and as of August 12th, 2021, I had not received it, and in the meantime had gotten a weird phone call demanding that I identify myself, which I thought at the time was a phone scam. When I called to ask about the verification, they told me they sent it to an old address, which was clearly on purpose since they had sent the actual notice TO MY CORRECT ADDRESS. It makes me doubt they can even verify the debt in question at all, and are just attempting to intimidate me into paying. When I tried to negotiate a settlement to keep them from harassing me, they said the car insurance company wouldn't allow them, which is another blatant lie.

I suggest you call our office and request it be emailed to you instead of mailing yet another. The balance is owed for car insurance premium from 9/19/20 - 12/18/20; the balance is $195.80 and the representative is correct, balances don't simply get settled. You are in a mandatory insurance state and the balance in full is required.

      This debt collector is trying to collect on a debt that was paid to New London Hospital. I was struck by another driver which resulted in an er visit via ambulance. New London Hospital billed me, I submitted the bills to the other drivers insurance, I was sent money to pay which I did. This bill has been paid. NEW London Hospital debited my account on September 16 2020 for $1550.00 and I was never sent any other bill by them to submit to the others insurance. If there is another bill it is too late to submit it and I will not be held responsible for it. This is ridiculous.

      I went to an urgent care Dr at Multicare Poulsbo and then to an occupant Dr at the same location regarding wrist pain. Both Drs handed me wrist braces & said to use them, never citing the extreme price - $90 per brace. I can easily buy braces at $20-30 each at any drug store and had several - I accepted the braces as they said they were best got my condition, not expecting $180 total cost as that's insane. Breg billed my insurance incorrectly for months, then I called telling them how to bill - they billed one correctly and I paid it. I asked them to bill the other correctly in April, May 11, and June 30, 2021 and was repeatedly told they would correct it. Today July 7 I received a bill from a collections agency to pay the full amount. I called Breg again and was told they have no record of my calls nor insurance and that I should just pay the full amount. It's only $35 more after my copay & I've sunk hours into this; I might just pay them to force them to leave me alone. PREDATORS
