The sales rep made lots of promises, he wrote everything on an agreement signed and dated 9/15/22 - the only work completed was the roof. (We're probably lucky that was even done.) We kept waiting for the gutters, downspouts, and exterior work to start, but couldn't get ahold of the sales rep. My husband tried for over 6 months - no response. When the sales rep finally called back he had lots of excuses why the work hadn't been completed, some personal, some with not being able to complete the agreed work, he wouldn't give an answer to the next steps, we were trying to find out what his plan was, and once again he quit responding. Over two months later he called and said they were not going to do anything else on the signed agreement. My husband talked to another person who started working for the company, we know him personally thinking this would help move the work along - nothing, crickets... AVOID Skyline Constrution Inc.! It makes me sad to see postings on Facebook about how Skyline is ready to assess, work with insurance companies, and fix storm damaged properties. WHATEVER!
