This company is horrible! Had them come out to give me a FREE estimate which is a lie. Of course insurance claim from hail and they jacked up all the pricing. Roughly $35k for siding/gutters and roughly $15k for roof. My insurance came back with only replacing my siding/gutters and for roughly $20k. Within 72 hours of receiving my insurance claim paperwork I emailed them and told them I couldn’t go with them due to huge cost difference and insurance was only covering my siding. They received a copy of my insurance claim so they knew what was covered and what wasn’t and the amount I received. They didn’t even work with me to lower the cost for the siding/gutters. Mind you I didn’t even have a choice between aluminum or vinyl siding. I told them TWICE I didn’t want to sign a contract with them as I wanted to get other estimates. They made it seem I had to sign just for an estimate. Yes I signed which I had a lot of personal crap going on and my mind wasn’t all there. In this so called contract it states I have 72 hours after I receive my insurance claim to cancel. They sent me to collections and I owe them roughly $4500 cause I cancelled. I received two other estimates and they were roughly $16k for my siding/ gutters. How do you expect someone to pay out of pocket roughly $35k on something that doesn’t cost that much. I would give them a no star rating if I could.

If you are looking for a shady company that DOES NOT full fill there contract and does not care about you as a customer. My experience with Dennis and the rest of the management at South was horrendous to say the least. Well Dennis just flat out lied to me and my wife's to our faces. We had two trees fall on our house. So we required an new roof, siding, gutters and a few doors just on the house itself. We also lost our big machine shed doors which were literally sucked off the building. So we signed there contract and immediately they were working on the roof. At first I was like wow we picked a good contractor for being the very first time ever having to hire one. Well that was VERY SHORT LIVED!!!!!! It was several months before they came back and installed my seamless gutters with a cheaper version of what I had on my house. It took them approximately a year give or to so for my siding on the side of my house. All this time they deliberately left the side of my house open to birds and other animals who I had to get rid of because they were to busy chasing storms. Only replaced one piece of plywood even though the insurance company had given them the ok to get it all fixed properly. Very disrespectful person just like Dennis all LIES!!!!!! When they replaced the roof they one didn't replace all the plywood like they were supposed to 2 they damaged my window frame and seal on by 2nd story bedroom window 3 they destroyed some of my siding on the 2nd floor and 4 they did not replace any walk in doors like they said they would 5 they said I need a structural contractor to look at my place but then didn't argue with him and his report when it came out and this is a company that they primarly use to battle insurance companies and 6 I lost 80 foot of machine shed wall due to yet another storm because they were to pathetic to fix my machine shed doors just like my contract with them states. Even after my new roof they didn't care about my wall leaking still.
