Just finished replacing our roof. I have to shout out to Ben ********** He went above and beyond. what we expected. He helped us through. the insurance claim, deliveries, the installation, our many questions and completion of the job. The crew was outstanding as well. They worked long hours thru the 100-degree weather to beat the rain drops. Being seniors, we very much appreciated all of their services. Best of all the cleanup was great, no mess and my flower beds were not destroyed. I would highly recommend this roofing company. George and MaryReview from Jim E

I recommend Pyramid Roofing for hail damage repair projects. They recently completed re-roofing and replacing gutter/downspouts at my house. Project Manage Chip worked with me and my Insurance Company to complete the work on budget and on time. The Crew worked well together to provide quality workmanship. Warranty Manager Jaymie quickly scheduled some minor follow up work. It was a pleasure doing business with Pyramid.

We had an awful experience with a prior contractor putting siding on. My sister recommended Pyramid and I'm so happy we decided to go with them. Our PM was Jonathan and was amazing to work worth. He really listened to our concerns and was able to see the poor work that was done by the prior contractor. He made the process of replacing the siding run so smooth. The crew was so professional and did very quality work. I can't thank them enough for how easy this process was and just knowing the work was complete correctly and we know we won't have any issue in the future.Review from Mary B

Pyramid Roofing did an outstanding job installing our new gutters in April 2022. We were cautious about this installation as we had the unfortunate experience of having our gutters replaced by another company less than a year ago. After excessive leaking and drainage issues, we found out the entire job could not be repaired and needed to be fully replaced. Nick, our Project Manager, was here to help. He and Ritchie did an outstanding job explaining why our gutters were not meeting our expectations and answering all of our many questions about how their installation would be better. They were able to complete the job quickly with no disturbance to our landscaping. The crew went above and beyond by touching up the paint on areas that were scratched when removing the problem gutters. After our previous horrible experience with the other company we were very pleased with all aspects of Pyramid Roofing - sales, installation and clean up. Best of all the gutters are working perfectly with no leaks!Pyramid Contractors Response

Supervisor Chris B. came to our house to evaluate a roof leak. Identified the problem and within 3-4 days crew was here to fix issue. All staff from administrative Rhonda, Supervisor Chris, to roofing team very friendly and professional. Work done correctly and at a reasonable price. When it's time to re-roof my house I'll be calling Pyramid Roofing, an outstanding company!Pyramid Contractors Response
