I was supposed to receive a lumbar injection. The same thing I have been getting for a decade as we found this is our least invasive way to relieve pain. Stephanie S**** was the NP I dealt with for my initial visit. She was rude, uneducated in my file they requested I go out of my way to provide personally for them. She told me a business I OWN "isn't a good business huh?" And then proceeded to just toss out prescriptions and then didn't send in the ones we spoke about. Forward to day of "injections". Rafal K***** came out to do procedure in swim trunks, Tshirt and flip flops. I questions the procedure they were having me sign as it's one I have never done before. Rafal continued to cut me off and told me "you medicaid people are always this way". We're inquiring into our actual health? We won't just let you do what you want?! This man had made no effort to look at my MRI'S, x-rays, cat scans or all previous work done. Just ignored me and talked over me. I will absolutely be going to the board but for a place that is specifically to accept Medicaid...good to know what they think about patients

I am so sorry for this unfortunate event. Our providers have the highest training in their specialty and only have the patients best interest at heart. We are an Interventional Pain Clinic and specialize in these procedures. We take any and all insurance without judgement. No procedures are ever ordered without having proper imaging and being discussed with the patients prior to scheduling. I apologize for any miscommunication during these visits.
