I have done two sessions with Milan Laser. On my first session I did lower legs and Brazilian. On my second session when I went again I got a bad allergic reaction that has only gotten worse by the day. My skin is irritated and bumpy due to this allergic reaction. I do not want to continue with the service and I am not satisfied with what has happened to me. I would not want to have to pay for a service that I did not like and resulted in my skin getting irritated and damaged.

Called to let them know I would be late. They did not answer at location so I went to call center. They said they would pass along the info. I went into Milan to ask about the laser hair removal process. REMOVEDwas the gal I consulted with in Boise, ID. She was nice and asked me questions about my areas of concern. When it came to price, unless you have cash on hand they will put you through a credit process to determine how much you qualify for in order to receive treatments. To get laser hair removal on my face, it would cost about $115 a month for three years. REMOVEDknew I was hesitant because of the long term expense. We had a whole conversation about me being a stay at home mom and what that looks like. I told her I wasn’t expecting a $4000 over all expense. Of course, as a sales person the tactics are pushy so I sat in the room with her and thought to myself for a bit. This was supposedly a Black Friday special and I was concerned that if I walked out of that room, I would loose the “special” pricing. Finally REMOVEDR. said, “I tell you what- let’s go ahead and push the contract through to secure the pricing and if you change your mind I can cancel the contract tomorrow.” Her words verbatim. I signed, took sometime to write out my thoughts and Not even 24 hour later, I called twice asking her to cancel the contract like she promised. She told me she needed to speak to her higher ups and approve that first. It’s been a week and a half now. I emailed her again asking her to confirm she had cancelled the contract but no response. I have not had any services done. Now, I’m getting flooded with payment statements and bank mailings. Im really disappointed that a promise was made and not kept which could hurt me financially if this doesn’t get resolved. Why would a Milan representative promise to cancel on my behalf and then ignore my request? I should have never signed anything at all. It all seems so shady and really unfair. The pressure from sales representatives are harsh. I need this contract cancelled just as promised by REMOVEDin Boise.

It was determined that Milan would refund REMOVED for the treatments they had not yet received.

After leaving the Milan Laser facility, I took time to further review the contract I had been pressured into signing. Within only a few hours of signing, and before receiving any services, I contacted the individual in charge to request cancellation of the agreement. Despite the fact that no services had been rendered and my request was made promptly, I was informed that the contract was considered “final sale” and could not be canceled.
I believe this situation reflects a high-pressure sales tactic that left me feeling coerced into making a financial commitment without adequate opportunity to fully consider the terms. As a consumer, I feel disadvantaged and misled, as I attempted to exercise my right to withdraw almost immediately after signing, yet was denied any recours

I am filing a complaint regarding Milan Laser for a pattern of unsafe practices, preventable harm, and failure to deliver contracted services.
I purchased a laser hair removal package with the understanding that treatments must occur every 4–6 weeks for clinical efficacy. Over the past several months, Milan has repeatedly canceled or rescheduled appointments, often with minimal notice. As a result, treatments have not been delivered within the required interval, compromising the entire course of care while Milan continues to bill PatientFi as though services were provided.
More concerning is a preventable safety event that occurred during one session. While I was on the treatment table, the clinic experienced a sudden power outage. When electricity returned, the technician did NOT perform any equipment safety checks, recalibration steps, or function tests before resuming the laser. She immediately discharged the device on my skin. The machine had not stabilized after the surge and delivered an abnormally high-intensity pulse, causing an instantaneous burn that removed surface tissue and exposed raw pink flesh. This event reflects a clear deviation from basic equipment safety practices and would be considered a preventable adverse event in any high-reliability medical environment.
Following this incident, I no longer have confidence in the clinic’s ability to provide safe or effective treatment. Billing has continued despite disrupted care.
I am requesting:
1. Investigation into Milan’s failure to deliver timely, safe services
2. Suspension of billing for undelivered or clinically compromised treatments
3. Remediation for the preventable burn incident
4. Written resolution acknowledging service interruptions and safety lapses

REMOVEDThis response is submitted to correct multiple material inaccuracies in Milan Laser’s statement. The business has omitted key facts, misrepresented the nature of the transaction, and failed to address the core issues of injury, breach of contract, and retaliatory cancellation.
1. A documented treatment injury occurred, which Milan failed to disclose.
During a scheduled treatment session, a power surge occurred. The device was not tested prior to resuming treatment, resulting in a thermal burn to my skin. The burn was photographed and documented. Milan provided no follow-up care, no incident report, and no medical evaluation. Their omission of this injury in their statement is significant.
2. Milan unilaterally terminated the contract after I reported the injury and filed a complaint.
Milan’s own statement acknowledges:
“their relationship with Milan Laser was formally separated.”
This termination was not initiated by me. It occurred eight days after immediately following my BBB complaint. The timeline, combined with the absence of any policy violation on my part, indicates retaliatory business conduct.
3. Milan’s “refund” claim is inaccurate and misleading.
The $446 adjustment Milan references does not constitute a refund. It is an arbitrary reduction that does not reflect:
the lifetime package purchased,
the remaining contracted services not performed,
the injury incurred during treatment,
the closure of the clinic where I received services, or
the provider’s unilateral cancellation of the agreement.
Approximately $4,000 remains financed for services Milan refused to complete.
4. The provider’s cancellation voided the underlying service agreement, yet Milan is retaining the financed amount.
A financed medical-service loan is contingent upon the provider performing the contracted services. By terminating the agreement themselves and refusing to continue treatment at any location, Milan voided their contractual obligations. Retaining the financed amount despite canceling the contract constitutes unjust enrichment.
5. Milan closed the location where services were rendered and informed me that their local manager, REMOVEDwas fired and instead terminated my contract Upon me, failing a BBB, and other governance complaint, regarding the burn. This further supports that the provider—not the consumer—caused the disruption of services.
6. The active loan balance is the direct result of Milan’s actions.
Because Milan refuses to submit a cancellation request to PatientFi, the loan remains active. I am being billed for services Milan:
did not complete,
cannot provide, and
formally canceled.
This places the financial burden of Milan’s breach on the consumer, which is unacceptable.
Requested Resolution:
I respectfully request that Milan Laser:
Submit a full cancellation and loan reversal to PatientFi,
Refund the contract, and
Acknowledge the treatment injury and failure to provide follow-up care.

I received one treatment from Milan. The second treatment I scheduled 6 weeks out and the day of my second treatment about 2 hours before it was canceled due to the laser being down. But I could not get rescheduled for about another few weeks. I was frustrated having to wait and went looking for other laser places with better availability. I call to cancel but now when discussing canceling all of sudden the manager can schedule me sooner. But overall I decide to still cancel because I’ve found a place much cheaper than Milan and has better availability for when you want to receive treatments. I’ve reached out 3 times over the past 3 weeks between the office and corporate number and no one has reached out to actually cancel my contract. It doesn’t take over 3 weeks to contact someone especially when I’m told they’re escalating the issue, and that someone will reach out soon.
They are very nice when you are signing up for service. But if you are trying to cancel they will only ignore you. I would maybe understand if I received multiple treatments but I only had one session. I believe people should do more research as for the price you pay for Milan and their very limited scheduling it is not worth it.

I started Milan probably 3 years ago and have received around 30 treatments on my face which is more than I have heard of any person that has received laser hair removal treatments before on ANY part of their body. My face has become severely irritated and i'm so much more prone to breakouts than I was before I started treatment. I still have excessive hair growth that has seem to worsen after receiving treatments. They had changed the setting of the lasers multiple times on my face and I always had a different girl working on my face. I don't understand how after 30 treatments, I still have a single hair follicle on my face. I went to the doctors because I was considered about my health but everything seemed to be fine so now my issue is I have spent thousands of dollars for life time treatment that does not work and has worsened my hair growth and skin.

Taken by phone staff CM. Consumer states she had an appointment on Aug 8th at 9am, she had her appointment card to show it, and they told her it was at 11am and asked her to come back then. Consumer states today she showed up for her appointment at 10am and they told her everyone was sick and no one could do the procedure today. I visited Milan Laser Louisville West in July to discuss hair removal services for my bikini area, lower legs, and facial (jawline) area. During the consultation, I clearly explained my goals, and the staff advised that selecting the Brazilian and jawline packages would address all of my concerns. I was not informed that the “Brazilian” package referred only to the bikini area; I genuinely believed it included the bikini area plus lower legs, including thighs and shins.
When I attended my first treatment, I was surprised to learn that it covered only the bikini area. Moreover, the results were unsatisfactory i was told the treated hair would fall out within 15–20 days, but that did not occur. The treatment seemed incomplete, as the provider only applied three laser shots to each side of my jaw, which was ineffective. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the clinic, and they apologized and offered a free lower-leg session, but the results still did not meet expectations.
At my second visit, I reiterated these concerns. Despite my dissatisfaction and after making three payments, I decided to cancel the agreement. However, I was informed that I must continue paying the third-party vendor even though I have discontinued the services.
I find this situation unfair and unjustified. I am requesting a refund or appropriate billing adjustment and for immediate notice to be sent to the vendor to stop requesting further payments, given that the service was misrepresented and unsatisfactory.

I have sign an contract with Milan laser hair removal and after a day, I remembered that in the past I had a medical health problem with the skin.
