Big Red’s Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job! Our carpets look brand new again. We already had our house in disarray due to getting new windows. I called on a Thursday to find out if they could clean our carpets on Monday while all the furniture was off the carpets. They were able to honor that request. I highly recommend this friendly, professional company. This is the second time I’ve used them and I will continue to use them in the future.Review from David D

I purchased a cleaning certificate on******************* auction block for 200.00 and when the service tech arrived he said they would not accept the certificate unless i spent 400.00. I asked what they would clean for the 200.00 and he informed me that they would not honer the certificate at all. I guess i have to leave 1 star rating. BEWAREReview from Kim H
