I contacted All makes through a company that places companies for appliance repair The tech showed up and looked at our True refrigerator. He said that it was a fan that would cost $415 to replace then another $250 to install. He needed the money up front to order the part direct from True. He said it would take a week to get the part. A week passed and no call. I had to contact him. He promised a date and no show. . He then contacted me saying he had to go to KC as his brother was one of the people shot during the Chiefs celebration. He then made a date again and no show. I feel terrible that I gave a check in advance, he actually wanted it all but I refused to do that. Reading other complaints, he has the same MO that he got my money. I actually liked him and told him I would support his business with referral, what a mistake of character on my part. The whole time he knew he was going to take the money and run. On 10/9/2023 all makes and all models appliance repair came out and looked at are ice maker. Said it was the auger and they would order one. Needed money up front and like a dummy I wrote him a chk ***** 405.00 Check was cashed. ***** was supposed to be in a week or so. Called about 20 times and always put off. They kept giving a date to put the auger in but would never show up. Said he would refund the money and said he would drop by the house. Said he would be over between 4 and 430. No show all 4 times. His name is ********* ****** ************. Now no answer. Phone goes to voicemail. Left msgs. My wife called all appliance company by mistake and asked if ********* ***** worked for them. She said no but knew about them. She said they were a rip off and scammers. They have had numerous call’s about All Makes all Appliances repairs. Everyone complaining they were scammed by these 2 brothers. We’re retired and old on fixed incomes and do not have this kind of money to throw away. Thank You.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction 5/18/23 check for $405.00 given to ********* ***** to repair a ********** refrigerator. He cashed the check. He set appointments for7/14/23 and 7/17/23 was no show for both. He made two additional appointments which were no shows. He does not answer voice. I have his original bill,the canceled check. 5/18/23 transaction $405.00 check given to ********* ***** to repair ********** refrigerator Moore cashed the check. He made appointments for7/14/23and again for7/17/23 and did not show for either one. He missed two additional appointment. he did not answer voice mails.
