Today a Lincoln branch salesman called to see about my interest in F150 pickups. I reminded him that he was holding a specific vehicle for me that he said was receiving two warranty updates. Oh, that vehicle was sold to some one in Colorado he replied. What then was the hold all about? Sales manager said this was a teaching moment for the salesman, I emphasized that it was much more than that, it was misrepresentation, attempts at diversion and really (why don't we just say it) a lie. The principle of truth is missing from the sales practices of this establishment.

On April 20 2023 I spotted a nice looking 2011 Buick Enclave at Anderson Auto Connection 15 **** ***** ** ******* ** ***** priced at $8000. I I told my daughter who test drove it with her guy. It ran fine and had nice features and had 128,153 miles. (She has been driving a 2006 GMC Denali for 5 year that has over 240,000 miles with few issues). They talked to "Rob" about the purchase and signed an agreement on April 21, 2023 for $7500. I gave them $4000 and they put in $3500 to buy it. -On 5/2/2023 the headlight went out costing $302.44 repaired at Sunbear Auto at 2020 Cornhusker Hwy Lincoln NE 68521 but the fusebox was corroded so that was replaced. -On 6/2/2023 the headlight went out again and the starter, air conditioner and blower which was blowing hot /warm air was repaired at Tam's Auto Repair 2212 Q St Lincoln NE 68503 parts and labor $1074.18. -They got the car back and it would not accelerate. The vehicle had only been driven 3,251 miles when it quit completely. - It was towed to Tam's Auto Repair and Mr Le said to not put more money into it. My daughter and her guy had not even gotten it titled and licensed due to not being operable. They contacted Anderson Ford Auto Connection several times trying to get some help with this matter but "Rob" said he could not help us. -On 1/2/2024 I had the car towed to my mechanic DSA Performance to be diagnosed and was told it had no coolant in the reservoir, 2 quarts low on oil, battery was dead that a new engine was required at a cost of $7000-$10,000. This is unacceptable for a dealer to sell a car to put a vehicle that was unsafe to sell. Anderson Ford Auto Connection is supposed to help people with low credit get into a vehicle, not one that quits 3 months and 3000 miles after purchase. -I had the Enclave towed to Anderson Ford North and asked to have them contact me. No one has called or made any attempt to contact me.

Doing the rounds trying to warn you of this shady and dishonest business. I contacted them about test driving a Mach-E that their website said was available. I was assigned a random sales rep who seemed nice over email. I set a time a few days later to drive an hour to Lincoln to do a test drive and hopefully purchase the vehicle. I emailed him the day prior to confirm the appointment. When I arrived I asked the desk if he was available. I waited until 15 minutes after our agreed time before paging him a second time. He came out and acted like he had no idea who I was. I had to explain why I was there and he informed me that it was not for sale. I still wanted to drive it and he gave me a runaround about it maybe was already being driven and he would go look for it. He returned a few minutes later and told me it was "getting serviced" and was not available. Being an EV, I asked what service it could possibly need this early in the lifespan. He told me "it's getting its oil changed." I explained I drove an hour for this appointment and felt that he was lying to me to get me on the lot to buy some other vehicle. He offered no condolences or concessions for his error. Save yourself the headache, buy from literally any other FORD dealer in the country. It will be worth whatever distance you have to drive.

I recently tried to deal with the Anderson Ford Stealership and could not believe the absolute
*****ed way they do business!! I gave them a full price offer on a vehicle and they came back
with a response of a higher price!! I can't believe this ***** could be in the car business as
long as he has and have a transaction like this take place. I'm surprised he can stay in business
