On 6/15/2021 I went to surplus center website to look for an engine. I found what I needed. The website says show room hours are 8 to 5. So I drove the 60 miles from ******** to ****************. I went to the building on ******** the show room is closed. Sign on the window says curbside pick up only. I went to the website again to place my order seeing it takes one to two hours to have the order brought to the curb. I called staff told me place my order will get it out in 15 to 20 minutes. I saw the rollup door partway open staff pushed items out for other people then slam the door closed. I waited 20 minutes, didn't see my items. I had other things to do in town still expecting their call. Now it's 5 o'clock. Later that evening I received an email from Surplus Center my items are ready to ship. I was there to pick them up, I didn't pay for shipping. I sent a message to customer service asking for refund. Response said refund in two weeks. I need refund now wesite is misleadingBusiness response
