I was very impressed with the quality of service, the effort made to correct the problem and the more than reasonable reasonable fee I was charged. I was referred by a friend after having another company tell me they could not repair my laptop. When I took my laptop in I felt hopeful that it could be repaired and if not, they would be able to retrieve my documents. It is obvious that they are very knowledgeable about computers and value their customers. Without doubt, I will use Open Doors Computer Services again and will refer to others.Review from Jonella D

Great friendly service. They are very interested in making your experience the best that it can be. Although the advertised hours can be challenging for those of us who are at work before they open or after they closed, they will stay open and wait for you. If you have a missing power chord or adapter, they will look for that spare part and not charge you for it. I couldn't be happier :-)Review from James R

Robert is awesome! He fixed our computer issues on two different visits to our home. He is prompt in answering texts and emails asking for help. It is nice to find a compentent and caring person these days who are experts in computer repair. Thanks!Review from Tom T

There are not enough good things I can say about Robert. He was at my house on time, set up my computer and printer quickly, answered all the questions I had and charged a very reasonable price. He even went above and beyond by setting up other equipment I had not requested originally but he had the know how to do it. I'll always go to him for my computer needs. We have been using Open Door Computer Services for many years, Robert is the best of the best. Very efficient and honest service. He is very professional and explains everything so we understand what he is doing. We would highly recommend Open Doors Computer Services. I highly recommend Open Doors Computer. Robert made setting up my new computer and printer, transfering old files a very positive experience, as well as customizing it to my needs. He's the real deal!!! Plus, he came to my home. He truly is a tech expert and explains things thoroughly. He is just the best...total satisfaction...no stress.Review from David T

Roger at Open Doors Computers did a fantastic job installing a new computer system and transferring all files. The work was done on site so no need for the head aches of me tearing down the old PC, taking it into a shop with the new PC and then hooking it all up once completed. The job was done onsite with very little down time and everything worked as expected. Great job by Open Doors Computer Services. Highly recommend - DaveReview from Kathleen K

I brought in a new laptop to be set up and have the files from my old one moved to it. Not only was the work done promptly, the price was very reasonable, and the customer service top notch! Very pleased...will return if/when I need any other computer related work done.
