1. July 6, 2022 2. $****** 3. Replace cooling fan unit gave me an aftermarket part (used) when I did provide a new cooling fan unit. 4. No Additional Information: Automotive Service **************. I took my vehicle into have the cooling fan replace. After it was repaired I left with my vehicle sounding like I had a jet engine. I turned around and took it back, and the owner told me that's the way it should've sounded when you took it off the lot when you first bought it. No it should've been it should have been purring like a kitten when it came off the lot brand new. So I took his word, and it just didn't seem to get any better. Months later I had to took it to the dealership and had them replace the cooling fan after all. The repair cost me more than double what this Automotive Service charge me. I went back to this place two weeks ago and asked for either all my money back, half my money back, or at least money for the part. As of today January 10, 2023 I have still not received any type of refund from the service. I also found out that the cooling fan that this service repair shop put in was an aftermarket part (used).Business response
