Great Facility and Great Customer services, Contrary to what MV I said in a previous comment about the Lori She nice, does everything she can to help people! And they a Claim she is holds a Biased againts Asians would be false don't believe me ask her very Asian Son in law or or half Asian grandchild!

As an antique dealer from the east coast, I must say there are some questionable tactics from Ms. Lori. For one, I was informed back in February rent was due based on a lack of sales; would have been wonderful to have informed in advance that she would place my booths on 50% instead of causing my duress while I was on vacation. After a business trip from NYC as of May 25, I have backpaid rent once more IN CASH(approx. $950) including payment for the month of June up until the 26th for the same reason. Lori mentioned I paid off the month of June & could have my items there, but I've hired movers & a box truck on a miserably rainy day so I figured I could transfer belongings from my storage unit the next day as she's claimed I paid off the rent in June anyway. The following afternoon, I entered to redecorate my 2 fully paid booths only for Lori to confront me claiming "it's to be used for the store". Mind you, a kind employee casually pulled me aside to apologize on behalf of Lori's judgment call as Lori simply wanted to utilize the space for herself in June with MY PAYMENT. Upon leaving, I ended up weeping belligerently in my vehicle still parked until I could emotionally regroup for such ruthless heartlessnesd, Lori had the gall to approach my car, knock on the window & accuse me and my movers of stealing one of their dollies despite the inconvenience of running through the deluge to return them! For Lori to have such poor character in that respect, I now question whether it was an element of racism. Racial bias as a younger Asian woman from an older caucasian womam who clearly operates with willfull character discrepancies as a manager should not be tolerated.me to question how many times Lori has quietly attempted to steal time or funds, manipulate the system, or accuse kind hearted people over the years. From a business owner standpoint, I would demand a reimbursement of the $284 for the month of June that Lori is shamelessly taking advantage of.
