I ordered a 16oz bottle of Pyrantel Pamoate for $25.34 from ********************** on Saturday January 20 2024 and it's been over a week and it still has not shipped yet. We needed this right away. I am beginning to think this company is a scam company. If I have to buy it else where I will cancel the order from them and request a full refund even if the order has already been shipped.Business response

We were able to call you and get in touch to get this order verified and we have this shipping today. I ordered a anti-barking collar for my dog from HeartLand Vet Supply, and its way too big for my dog. I contacted customer service to let them know I needed to return it, they said the packaging needs to intact, and could not be open. How could I possibly know if the collar fits if I didn't try it on my dog?Business response

I purchased a topical flea product that I didn't open immediately. I always order things in advance. I opened 2 of then to put on 2 cats and both were completely empty of any product, both filled with air. I called them and they will not reimburse me or didn't even act concerned about selling a defective product. They didn't ask anything about the product at all as a matter of fact. This is a huge problem for me and I'm sure would be to other people as well. I would like a refund. There is no way to be able to tell from the packaging if there was an issue, I would only be able to tell once I opened up the tube.Business response

I am thankful the customer did give us the opportunity to fix this. We have shipped replacement product. Thank you.
