      I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Gretna Auto Outlet and 3 months later the engine was no good!! I called them to see if I can trade to get another car and they said I would have to be approved for another loan. Mind you, I am a single mother of 3 kids and this is my only vehicle! I called everyone I could to get something done about this, and nothing! I couldn't get another loan, or help with the purchase to put a new engine in. I was ripped off! I don't recommend anyone going here. This vehicle should have been check thoroughly before selling, because it has a recall on the engine and if they would have taken care of the recall on the engine it would have never went bad. I didn't even want to leave any star with the service I received.

      Purchased a 2017 *** within the last week. Test drove the vehicle for 15 to 20 minutes and didn't notice any issues. Decided to purchase the vehicle. As I was driving from Gretna to Lincoln, I noticed a crunching noise when using the breaks. Took the vehicle to TO **** to have the breaks looked into and was told that the breaks were completely shot. If this would have been the engine, transmission or an electronic issue, I would not have had an issue with the situation. Those things could go out without any warnings or signs. The fact that they sold a vehicle with faulty breaks is alarming. This could have lead to an accident and injury to me. In the ****** it states that Gretna Auto Outlet looked into the breaks. This means they knew they were worn and unsafe and they still sold it "as is" Their "motto." Now I'm stuck for $906 and I have had the vehicle for 3 days. Like I said the issue is that it was unsafe to drive and they knew it needed new breaks. On top of this they hid a rock chip in the windshield with one of their stickers that describes the vehicle. Which I did not notice until they took the sticker off and I had already purchased the vehicle. They buy cars as is and sell them as is. They have a $230000 vehicle in their show room. Maybe get rid of that and put some money into the vehicles that customers purchase and instead of covering up and hiding the flaws, spend that time fixing the issues or making the customer aware of the issue. Instead of hiding the issue.

      I purchased a **** F150 FX4 from Gretna Auto in May of 2021 when they signed in the Purchase Agreement that they would fix 4 issues that I had with the truck, one of which was the Check Engine Light. After replacing spark plugs, they claimed to have fixed the issue, a "#7 cylinder misfire". The check engine light continued to come back on for the same reason. After a change in management, I received a phone call back from their "New Sales Manager", stating the Gretna Auto would do whatever they had to do to make the truck run right again. He specifically stated, "whether that is repair or replacement of the engine". They had my truck for 32 days, and within 2 weeks of getting my vehicle back, the check engine came light came on yet again. It is running worse than it was before I took it back to them and now the check engine light is coding out as a "Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire". I requested the documentation for the repairs when I dropped the truck off to them and was assured they would provide it. They still haven't and today the truck will not start, it won't even turn over. After calling to speak to the owner to try and find some resolution, I was rerouted to the GM and he told me to have it towed to the shop that they sent it to, on my own dime because they would not be paying for it. I requested the contact information for Gretna Auto Outlet's legal representation 4 times by email and twice by text to their other GM, only to be told that they would not provide that information to me nor anyone who was representing me. This is an absolute CLASSLESS organization in my eyes. I spent $27k on a vehicle that was never repaired correctly from the start, as they promised by signing the purchase agreement, and they will not make it right. The owner's mission statement on their website that states "From the moment you step on our lot until the time you drive away in your next car, your buying experience with us is our #1 priority!" is a complete joke!!

      I purchased a Ford F-250 from Gretna Auto and in less than 2 years, it's been in the shop 4 times. I've spent $9000.00 total on repairs so far. That's with the ******* extended warranty which does not cover a lot of the repairs it claims it would. Highly disappointed. I'm not sure if I would ever go back there. Certainly don't recommend it either.
