  This woman rented me a room for 3 nights and collected my money and gave me my key. I was in my room long enough to shower and cook a chicken sandwich and sit down after work. She then busted into my room violating my rights and accused me of vaping/smoking in the room and I am a non smoker or vaper. I have rented this room for 3-4 days at a time for weeks. I asked her to leave my room and she would not and was going through my belongings and then stole the trashcans. I asked for my money back so I could leave and go to a new room and she refused. I told her I was going to call the cops to report her and upon their arrival they searched the room and stated that nothing had happened and that they have received this same complaint a minimum of 5 other times and to stay as far away from that place as I could and that it is a civil matter that will continue until people take her to court. Upon reading google reviews, this woman runs this same scam over and over stealing hundreds of dollars for unsuspecting customers. My room was booked from 6/18/23 until 6/21/23 and I am out all of that money as I have left the hotel.

  Excuse me! Your room was the only room rented on the east wing of rooms on that central a/c system. After you checked in I could smell smoke/vape in office & apartment & the vacant rooms! I CALLED your room phone to remind you no smoking or vaping allowed in the rooms as you are told that at office at check-in! You SAID TO CHECK YOUR ROOM and I did-I knocked on your door and the door was cracked opened, you opened the door I could smell the smoke/vape in your room so I opened the bathroom window to air out room! I didn’t go thru your belongings geez! I took out trash in the trash cans is all! I don’t like second hand smoke as it makes me cough repeatedly and hard to breathe affects my lungs and heart!!!

  PS…He “****** *********” must be on drugs & is a liar about smoke/vape in his room. He said to check his room! I don’t steal! Omg!

  PSS…Cops don’t care if second hand smoke affects your lungs or heart! These are suppose to be non-smoking rooms!!!!!
