On February 14, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. §§ 326B.082, subd. 11 (b)(1)(9),
326B.805, subd. 5(c), and 326B.84 (15) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to fully comply with all statutes, rules and orders governing Minnesota residential building contractors, remodelers and residential roofers; and to notify DLI if found to be a judgement debtor based on conduct relating to their contractors license within 15 days and to satisfy or appeal the judgement within 30 days. The business also agreed to fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI authority and the monetary penalty is stayed. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
