Buyer Beware!!!I brought my ****** Frontier in to get the Universal joints done as they were clicking, squeaking and popping when I put it in 4 wheel drive. I ordered the wrong parts so I went straight across the street to Oreilly auto parts and grabbed the correct Parts. They were supposed to replace them on the front shaft and ended up putting them on the back. It has been making noise and vibrating since the day I brought it back from them. I called to schedule and have them check it out. I got under the truck a couple days ago to replace them myself for the back and noticed that they put the unjoints on the back and not the front. I called them this morning and the Man that I spoke with by the name of ***** was very rude and inconsiderate and literally argued with me about them putting them on the front. The parts I bought from Oreillys did not have grease fittings and the joints on the front definitely have grease fittings. Instead of making it Right, he acted like a real jerk with me for no reason. Asking what I am trying to accomplish. I want my **** truck fixed, thats what I am trying to accomplish slick. Im gonna preach this place from the rooftops.Sidenote: I feel like he would have gotten a lot further by not acting the way he did and I personally would not have had an issue paying for them to throw two more on whichever side is popping.Business response

Customer brought in his own parts and wants us to fix his mistake. We clearly state on the the paperwork that when they bring in their own parts there is no warranty. They paid only for the labor to put them in. He has been threatening our employee on social media, saying he and his friend were going to do bodily harm to our employee, plus posting negative statements on personal ******** pages as well as our page. We told him we would no longer do business with him, we don't work for free, and we feel that's what he wants is something free. We value our reputation as a honest and trustworthy business and will stand behind that, but we won't be bullied.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
First off, I never expected to get anything done for free. I told ***** from the getgo that I had no problem paying him the $100 to put the other two I just purchased on the correct driveshaft. My complaint is the way they treat their customers. Second, Nobody threatened anybody. Somebody made a comment on the negative post I put on my personal page about this business. I have every right as a consumer to share my negative experience about a business with the rest of the world. Including my millions of Followers in North Dakota and Beyond. This is already set to be spoken of on my podcast as well. I am not some Broke Schmoe off the street trying to get something for nothing. It is only $100 and I definitely had no issue paying that. As a matter of fact I just went and paid $140 to have them put on by a shop that came highly recommended by a friend. I just personally did not think being spoken to the way I was by a corporations employee was called for and I am doing my best to let it be known to the rest of the world. Even more so now that I know corporate honestly does not care about the way their customer was treated. Long story short, I think this company needs to learn how to handle customers better then they are apparently. Instead of arguing and pointing fingers with the people that pay their paychecks (customers), maybe they should actually figure out what is really going on.
