      I contacted this company who sells through ******** They made their air purifier seem like it was the best and in all reality it's poor quality so I'm trying to return the product they state only have 30 days and ******* says I can return until January buyers beware of this company I'm not even asking them to pay my shipping or anything just to return the product and be refunded what I've paid already. Nothing more nothing less and the owner or CEO and customer service people are rude and do not work to resolve issues with customers

      This consumer purchased an air purifier from our company on Oct. 27th, 2022, shipped same day, delivered Oct. 31st, 2022.  We have a 30 day money back guarantee on all products.  The consumer has had this item and has been using it for nearly 60 days and now wants to return it after it served the purpose of cleaning her environment.  We have one of the best return policies in the industry and this item cannot be returned because it is past the return period.  It should also be stated that this product has a full 1 year warranty.  This consumer is using the BBB system in an attempt to defraud our company and require us to take something back outside of our policy, this is not ethical and is not fair.  We have done nothing wrong and must stand behind our decision.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      ******* clearly state I have until January to return the item you need to work it out with ******* I have not been using it for 60 days there is such a thing as purchasing a product as a gift and they have used it for only 3 weeks and it doesn't not clean or do how the product states it does.

      Unfortunately, a consumer cannot make our return policies, that is for us to determine as a business.  We have a 30 day money back guarantee.  The consumer has had the product much longer than that and again they are using the BBB and this system to try and pressure us to take an item back that will have to be thrown in the garbage can because the consumer has used a product and no longer needs it because the product did its job, and now they want us to pay for this service.  That is not going to happen.  Return Policies exist for a reason.  We will not be defrauded or pressured by this consumer to take a loss on this item.  They ordered it from us, used it for nearly 60 days and then decided they do not want it.  This is not only unfair but unethical.  This matter is closed and this is our rightful position on this matter.

      In early March, I ordered a ****** counter via the company's website (www.balkowitsch.com). I never received an email confirmation of my order or any other communication from the company. After some time passed with no communication and my credit card not being charged, I assumed the company cancelled my order. Imagine my surprise when I checked my credit card activity on Thursday night, 4/28, and discovered that Balkowitsch Enterprises, Inc. had charged my credit card for $187 on 4/26, 7 weeks later, and still without any communication with me!I immediately emailed the company at the email address listed on their website ******************************** and requested that they cancel their processing and refund my money immediately. I received a response later that night from ***** Balkowitsch, saying that customer service will check on it first thing in the morning, that the item must have been on backorder, and that I should have gotten an email.I haven't received any further communications from the company and my money still has not been refunded to my credit card. I have no need for this item anymore. I want my money refunded immediately.

      This complaint is a waste of everyone's time.  The customer stated they wanted to wait for the product.  The product arrived and we shipped it out the same day, **** Tracking **********************, it was delivered today this morning.  This customer is attempting to defraud our company, something we find all the time as being a previous BBB member, consumers use this system in an attempt to defraud our company.  This matter is closed and the product was delivered to the customer.

       I am rejecting this response because:

       

      The business's response is an absolute lie!!!  They also have now defamed me by claiming that I am engaging in fraudulent activity. 

       

      As stated in my complaint, I didn't receive a single communication from this company and I most certainly DID NOT say that I "wanted to wait for the product".  I know they cannot provide any proof of their claim (such as an email or phone records) because no such communications ever happened.

       

      I am at work.  How would I have any idea if the item they now claim they shipped was delivered today?  The first time I have seen any kind of tracking number from them is in the response they just submitted.  If this was all above board as they claim, why have they NEVER contacted me nor provided me with the tracking number?  I never even received any further communication from them after the ONE email that I received from them in which they stated they "would check on this first thing in the morning".

       

      If I return home to find that the item really was delivered to my PO Box today as they claim, I will happily return it if they provide me with a prepaid return label.  And I still expect my money to be refunded immediately.

      I am wondering at this point how can there be a complaint when the customer has the product and we have proof of delivery, this matter is closed.  The world is just coming out of a worldwide pandemic and there are delays with products and backorders, what is most important is that the consumer gets what they ordered and paid for and this is simply the case.  One must as the motive, asking for a refund when they have the product.  This matter is again closed.
