I am so totally frustrated with the service at this dealership. FLOW Acura was paid to fix my car, they put it on a diagnostic, and stated, "It needed a hatch assembly." When I picked up my car it was doing the exact thing they had been paid to fix. The initial problem with the car was that my hatch would not open at times. I have been back and forth with the dealership over the fact my hatch still will not open. I have had to have a loaner vehicle and the inconvenience of dropping off my car a dozen times--I have had to drop the car off so many times to resolve this issue I have lost count. I have spent countless hours on the telephone going back and forth with them about the fact they have been paid and the hatch still does not work consistently. They have been rude and dismissive. I have been told that I AM NOT appreciative of the effort they have put forth to fix the car. The last time I spoke with the General Manager he all but hung up on me. Each time I speak with them they try to blame the problem on something else. They replaced the hatch motor, and hatch. I picked up the car, it still didn't work consistently and then claimed it needed a hatch assembly--but they had already been paid to fix the hatch assembly. The original repair paperwork states they fixed the hatch assembly, but here they were stating I needed a hatch assembly. Their business practices are incredibly unscrupulous. They continually blamed other departments or me for the inconsistences in what had or had not been fixed. The latest reason I have been told the hatch is not working is that the car needs a new battery and I need to pay three hundred and fifty dollars PLUS labor. They changed the cost they were charging to fix the car multiple times. I feel like I have been degraded and dismissed, I do not trust their business ethics, and I am completely emotionally exhausted from the experience with this dealership. At this point, I feel like they are simply trying to get rid of me.

We understand the customer's frustrations with the intermittent hatch issues. We followed the proper service process to diagnose the issue and provided the customer with alternate transportation while her vehicle was in our care. There is a 12 month/12000 mile warranty on parts and labor to address the vehicle's concerns. The customer is the third owner of this vehicle, which is out of warranty and has ***** miles on it. We have also reached out to Acura techline for assistance and they have determined the vehicle is operating as designed. We have done all that we can for the customer at this time.Thank you

I was reached out to by a ********************* representative about my issue. They blame the issue on "miscommunication." They have a disclaimer on when you call them that the call is recorded for quality assurance training. Literally listen to my phone call then explaining that I have no heat and I want that information relayed to the technician when I called YESTERDAY 03/18/24. I also told the guy who sits at the middle desk wearing his multiple class rings that I have no heat in my car when I went to ask how we are going to handle my issue on Monday and he gave me a condescending answer that low coolant will cause no heat. This place has no accountability whatsoever, making excuse after excuse and blaming the tow truck driver. This place wasted my time, twice now.3/19/2024: I took my 2015 ********** Jetta TDI here twice now to address my issue of having no heat and a coolant leak. Somehow, when I called into the dealer to make an appointment for the second time, the information about having no heat was dropped and not relayed to the technician at all. The Quick disconnect hose to the heater core was replaced twice due to damage, yet there was never a thought that a clogged heater core (A LITERAL COMMON FAILURE) wasn't the issue. I even asked multiple times, if the heater core was broken yet was given the same answer, that it was fine. I work on my own cars. When I do, I usually play whack-a-mole replacing different parts on my vehicle until the problem is solved. I do not pay the dealer $600+ to fix a single hose, twice and do the same thing. I take it to them because they're the supposed experts who can't do a simple function test on the car, even if my information was dropped. I needed my car fixed quickly because I am busy this week, yet they failed me, not once but TWICE. Now my car is down for the third time and they are not able to offer me a loaner car and gave me 15% off for my inconvenience. I don't trust this place to work on my car anymore.

We spoke to the customer on 3/19/24 to address his concerns and apologized for any inconvenience and miscommunication with his service visit. We have explained to the customer that we addressed the concerns regarding a coolant leak because there was no mention of not having any heat. The work performed is covered by a 12 month or ****** mile warranty, whichever comes first for services rendered. As an act of good faith, we offered the customer 15% off if choses to do the additional work on his vehicle. The customer declined this offer and stated that he prefers to do the work himself.Thank you

I just bought my new car from them, they were very nice and listened to everything I said, I told the finance person where I needed the final price to be and he got it there. I actually bought a car that was in transit, so I drove one just like it that was on the lot. The salesman was very nice, so was the sales manager and the financial person. It was the best experience I have ever had as for as buying a car. Would definitely go back again. They even delivered my car to me.

I took my GMC Terrain there multiple times to have my backup camera fixed. They were never able to do that. I took it to them when my air conditioner wasn't cooling. They charged $180 for diagnostics, keep it two days and told me I had the economy on which prevented full cooling. Took it to local repair. It was a deflector that needed replacement. Most terrible service.

We apologize for not meeting your service expectations. Our records indicate we addressed the back up camera concern on 12/11/2020 and we were unable to duplicate the concern. We saw the vehicle again on 3/31/2023 to address the air flow issue to diagnose the A/C issue. No further work was authorized to fix the air conditioner issue. Thank you

We apologize for not meeting your time expectations for your first service with us. Our goal is to provide our customers with a world class experience that includes more than an oil change. Every service include a multipoint inspection, video and a courtesy car wash which accounts for how the service time is spent. We strive to deliver these services typically within less than two hours for the entire service visit. We will review with our staff how the service process works to set clear time expectations for future service visits. Thank you

Flow Toyota engaged in a classic "bait and switch" I found a used Honda Accord on Flow's website that was a "great deal" according to CarFax, a couple thousand below KellyBlueBuck. So I texted a request to schedule a test drive. The response was "what about the Accord caught your attention?" When I reiterated that I wanted to schedule a test drive, the response was "this vehicle isnt being sold" ... but "we have a lot in that price range and mileage." The last statement wasnt even true, as there was nothing else remotely with the same low mileage and price. When I asked why it wasnt being sold, I was told "it didnt pass our Quality Conditioning Process" This is classic "bait and switch." Advertise one item that is a great deal, then say it is not available and try to get you to buy something else. They should never have advertised it on their website until after their Quality Conditioning Process

Our Sales Manager communicated with the customer via text on 11/22/23 to apologize for any inconvenience and offered to help locate another suitable vehicle. We made a mistake by adding the vehicle to our website and removed the advertisement promptly. We discovered the vehicle has a CVT transmission issue and we must repair it before the vehicle can be sold. Thank you

I brought my vehicle to Flow three different times for an oil leak we knew we had for warranty work since we only have 30k miles on the vehicle. All. Three times within 30 mins of dropping the vehicle off we got a call saying they couldn’t find the leak and saw “oil spillage” from the last oil change, which the “spillage” was the leak. The third and final time bringing my vehicle here I got the same call they couldn’t find a leak and after going off on the service advisor about the leak they magically find the leak 5 mins after going off on them. I had 2 other shops and I could visibly see the leak myself and I have less than two year’s experience in the service industry. This dealership is scamming customers out of their warranty work and I will never be back here and will never recommend this dealership to anyone

We would never try to take advantage of a customer. We contacted the customer on 11/13/23 but he refused to talk to us. Unfortunately, we were not able to verify an oil leak on the customer's vehicle after three repeat attempts. We provided videos from our technician and explained this feedback to the customer to build trust and transparency. We added dye to the system and checked it twice, afterwards the customer drove the vehicle and returned it. On this last service visit, we still could not verify an oil leak and shared this feedback in a video as there was no dye indicating a leak. The customer did not believe our findings and then became hostile towards our service advisor. The service advisor then replaced the front crankshaft seal and timing chain tensioner for customer satisfaction without verifying the customer's oil leak concerns. Service History: 1. Vehicle came in on 09/30/2023 with 26,224 miles. We could not find an oil leak and we added dye to the system. 2. Vehicle came in on 10/04/2023 with 27,582. We tested the system with a black light and did not see any dye coming out of the engine's crankcase or seals. 3. Vehicle came in 11/08/2023 with 30,021. We tested the vehicle with backlight and did not see any dye coming out of the engine's crankcase or seals.
