      During the early part of November 2022 i ordered a Navy blue long sleeved shirt from Teamlogo. The shirt should have been printed with A.P.D. My debit card was charged approximately $48.00 for this item. Approximately a month after the order i se t Teamlogo an email asking them why i had not received the shirt. About a week after the email i was given a email response telling me that they no longer had the navy blue shirt due to that color could no longer being available due to supply chain issues. They told me if i would change my color to the black color they could fullfill my order. I immediately responded to the email and told them to change the color to black. From the 2nd week of December 22, 2022 until this date of January 10, 2023 i have received no product, no refund and no response to my emails. I did advise TeamLogo that taking money without delivering a product is a criminal offense. So at this time they have not been proactive in resolving this issue. I intend to pursue thr matter and post negative reviews about this incident to their review site as well as other review sites. I either want my money refunded or the product shipped as requested.

      Hello,

       

      I have issued a full refund of $33.95. I am not sure where the customer got the number $48, but they were charged $33.95 and I refunded that amount.  I have attached copies of the order and 2 emails we sent to the customer.  We never received a reply.  To double check, I also checked all email addresses and the help desk again today using his name, email and order number.  I was not able to locate anything other than the emails I am providing.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it.   It does not mater that i did respond of that the customer service was extremely poor and i never received any response from Teamlogo except the one.  What matters now is that the case is fully settled to my satisfaction.  Thank you BBB for intervening and bringing this matter to a prompt closure.
