    I talked to both owners in person, one week before leaving my daughters vehicle to be repaired. I dropped it off one week later, while my daughter was out of town and on winter break. One week later, they hadn't even touched the vehicle, or even done a diagnostic on it! Owner told me that the job had been "shuffled" around, and would be started the next day. I told them that was too late, because I had made it clear to BOTH of the owners that it needed to be back in service ASAP two weeks before. Unless you have a big money repair, there is NOT any urgency with this repair shop. Stay away at all cost!

    I am sorry that our work load was extremely heavy during this time - it was spring break time for a lot of students that needed automotive repairs as well as our regular and fleet customers. Due to a shortage of workers in our industry we try to accommodate as many customers as possible and sometimes due to parts availability a car repair *** take more time than was anticipated. It is almost impossible have a fixed schedule for car repairs because an automotive repair *** be a quick repair or turn into a timely repair and once the vehicle is torn down and on the lift it needs to be finished. I am sorry your experience did not go as planned but we do try to accommodate as many customers as possible.

    Got the best price on a brake job I surveyed. Additionally got the highest quality parts with the most pleasant and efficient service. Wouldnt go any where else in the **************.
