    This company is great to work with. Their crew worked tirelessly to complete my roof in one day! The fortified roof system is no joke, and they nailed (pun intended). I have an older house, you could say vintage, that is kind of close to the creek. Wind is a concern here.Sorry, WAS a concern. Not so much now thanks to Intracoastal Roofing. Not having to sit through a sales pitch just to get an estimate was such a relief. They live here and understand the challenges we all face weatherwise. Plain talk, honest good work. Highly recommend ??

    Owners were fabulous to work with. Explained everything in detail - All aspects of the job to be performed and materials that would be used. Answered our numerous questions. Great with scheduling. Good estimate as to how long the job would take.Crew was absolutely amazing. Very precise and accurate. Took pride in their work. Hard working.Timely. Cleaned up job site as they went along. Very polite. Would definitely recommend this company.

    This was an outstanding experience. **** and *** helped overhaul the roof of a 45 year old beachfront property. Although the roof was relatively recent, **** identified several problems, including poorly installed flashing, damaged subroofing and the design of ventilation (all critical items for a beachfront property). The new roof was carefully and professionally installed in just three days by an expert crew. I will happily use Intracoastal Roofing again.

    Without a doubt Intracoastal Roofing of Wilmington (***, **** and their team) are one of the best professional contract companies we have worked with! A well-earned 5++ star award! They showed up on time, did exactly what they promised (and more) and completed the project in a high-quality manner. This company made the whole process seamless from start to finish; they worked closely with the inspector to meet all qualifications for a fortified roof and consistently kept us in the loop of progress toward completion. The teams expertise in making specific adjustments around a porch was invaluable! Perfect work!! In addition from day one we had open communications with the company coordinator, ***. This lady is extremely experienced in the business! She is on top of all the projects, customer needs and communications - returns phone calls, emails and answers questions in a timely manner AMAZING! What superb personal customer service, certainly beyond expectations! We are thankful to have selected this company and strongly recommend Intracoastal Roofing to anyone looking for a new or replacement roof.
