      I took a drone for repair to Mr. Phix after a crash damaged it. After speaking with the owner, I was confident he would repair it. Once the camera of the drone was replaced it was picked up and I tried to use it. To my disappointment, it was not functioning properly. After the initial use did not appear to be working properly, I spoke with the owner and he instructed me to bring it back for additional repair. Once I did that he refused to communicate with me on the status of any repair or resolution to fix any problems. After 5 weeks of no action, the drone was picked up from MR. Phix and taken to another repair shop. This repair shop pointed out to me the faulty repair that Mr.Phix takes no responsibility for and still refuses to communicate with me about. The bill with Mr. Phix was over $800 and I have another bill with another shop just to get this fixed after the faulty repair with MR. Phix.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/13) */ I personally worked on this drone it was brought to us due to a crash and damage to the gimbal. I removed the existing gimbal camera and replaced it with a new camera purchased and verified. We then installed the new camera and test flew it without issue. The client had it shipped to him as he was not in the area. He called weeks later saying it was not working correctly and I apologized and told him I verified it and would be happy to checkout out but it would have to come back to the store. The camera is a very expensive part and minimal labor. So if it needed to be exchanged for an issue we would need the drone to do so. When it was brought back in it did sit for some time because I was out with covid and very sick I tried to communicate but honestly I was exhausted and had trouble with day to day duties and I was unable to come to the store. I spoke with the client on the phone and made him aware that I was not in the store and would do my best to handle the situation. Before I could get back to inspect it it was taken back. Mr ****** took it to another shop who said it was damaged and claimed he was not going to fix it and that he was going to just buy another drove and he was demanding a refund. He said he was going to send me pictures I told him that we would need the camera gimbal to refund the money because the parts are the majority of the cost. This is the last I heard I will be happy to refund him if I can inspect the parts and return them to the vendor. If it is damaged from flying and crashing it I would not be able to return it. I spoke with Mr. Glakin immediately after I received the drone and told him about the problems. It was sent back to him and stayed at his shop for over a month without anyone touching it. Neither Mr. Glakin or any of his employees mentioned anything about him having Covid. Evidently covid prevents a person from being able to speak or answer e mail or text. I will be more than happy to send him the defective parts for him to inspect. I was never told by him to do this.
