      I wouldn't advise someone taking a toy car here. Very unprofessional. I dropped my car off at the end of November, for rough idling, during test drive they claim it cut off so I really had no choice but to leave it, after diagnosis I was told it was the cylinder head, which I agreed to have the work done, Because at thIs point it wasn't running and my engine was torn down. I agreed to a used cylinder head, because the car does have a lot of miles, but was running. they claim every one the found didn't work, (cylinder head) the only update I got on my car was when I stopped by the shop, because they never answer the phone. And i dont think much effort was put into finding a cylinder head. After 4 months I decided to have my car towed back to my house. Almost 900 dollars later, my engine is torn apart sitting in my driveway, but my car was running when I left it there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And unorganized business

      I had my vehicle dropped off for a not start issue. The only response from this facility, only came after me making the call for an update. the vehicle was dropped off on feb 9th 2023 i finally got the vehicle back on march 25th 2023. again, the only contact to me was only after me making a call and them not answering and then returning my call. i was made aware of ONE part they were trying to get and nothing additional. on the last call i made for an update, i was told it would needing a final drive and would be ready that same evening and they would call me to confirm. NO CALL WAS EVER RECEIVED, so I called the next morning for an update again. again to answer and then a return call to me. At that time the owner ***** made me aware of the total bill including a replacement of an item that was not an issue at time of drop off. I let him know that i was not let know of any issue other than a PCM, that was the issue with it not cranking and a guess of its cost. His comment to me was to call his front desk person and complain to them. When picking the vehicle up, i did want to see the items they claimed to have replaced and also noticed a torn seat cover half way attached. that was also not like that when it left my house. ***** acted as if that was not his problem and i was told to take him to court for it. i was also told a couple times that he would, bust my a** All this for their bad customer service from start to finish and he claimed he had done this for 18 years. That doesnt make what he has done for 18 years the right way. VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND HIS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told to never come back for his crappy service and promised that would never happen. All this for a business charging the customer for things to be repaired with letting them know of what it is and how much it would cost. CANT WAIT TO CONTINUE TO SHARE THIS BAD INCIDENT WITH ALOT OF OTHER FOLKS. THANKS FOR NOTHING *************************.

      Customer had a bad pcm to where there was a very limited availibilty through parts vendors to be able to get the correct part. Part (pcm) was recieved 4 wks after ordering part due to shortage of parts. Customer called for update shortly after part was recieved and tech made sure vehicle was in working order. Told customer vehicle had a leak around radiator cap area and could not be driven until leak was stopped. Replaced the radiator cap and on the initial test drive the vehicle was pouring coolant from the welded seams on the original radiator. Called customer three times between ******* and 3 pm in which the vehicle was constantly losing coolant and could not be moved through the lot without making a mess. Customer had requested to be able to pick up the vehicle on saturday morning so technician replaced the radiator so the vehicle could be driven to make sure everything was ok. All parts were still at the shop in the floor to where customer could have seen them if needed to be seen. We do apologize for the manner of attitude shown to the customer we hold ourselves to the highest standards and do not like confrontation with anyone we are here to make sure the vehicle is fixed right the first time.

      As I previously stated, this company never called me until after I called for an update. Again, I was never told about a radiator issue. They had it 40 something days before this so called radiator issue came about. Crappy way to do business. It's not always about the cost, but it always has to do with being informed before work can be approved. These folks did not do that. Good luck if you visit this guy's business. You have been warned. They will not communicate until u have to call them.
