I purchased a Baypoint Hybrid on 06/18/20. I've been submitting a warranty claim thru Mattress Warehouse but they told me to contact Mattress Tech since I moved out of state. After calling their number, ************ daily for month to either receive no answer, or pick up and hang up, I finally got someone named ******. She got me in contact with a representative named ***. He took the information on my worn out mattress and said he would call me back with a price for a LTL replacement for my mattress, since I moved out of state they would not do delivery. I agreed to never hear back from him again. I have emailed numerous pictures to *** at ***************************************************** and ************************************* to receive zero communication in return. I then decided to start calling Mattress Warehouse once again who the store was amazing, but corporate refuses to help or provide a solution. I am beyond disappointed. The bed was failing, and I started this process on 02/25/23. I'm to the point with the lack of communication that I DO NOT want a replacement, I just want my money.Customer response

I purchased a defective mattress from Mattress Tech from their retail partner Mattress Man in ****** ******** and the mattress has a huge dip hole and sunken middle of over 3 inches. The mattress warranty and documentation states 10 year warranty however the company has not contacted me to resolve or replace the defective mattress. The Mattress continues to sink and is uncomfortable to sleep on and is defective. I want a full refund because many online customers have complained about the poor quality of beds by this company as well.Initial Complaint

I sent an e-mail on 10/23/22 after leaving numerous messages on 336-747-2337 with no response. I had purchased Mattress Tech Summerville Firm mattress from Squan Furniture store on 7/16/22 in Toms River. It was delivered in a box on 9/8/22 and when I went to make the bed I noticed several areas on the binding that were frayed. I immediately called Squan Furniture store. Carol **** asked me to e-mail her pictures of the damaged areas. On 9/9/22, she called and asked me to take a picture of the label on the mattress. Carol **** told me that Mattress Tech would get in touch with me for an exchange. I never heard from them and called her several more times at the end of the month. Squan Furniture was going out of bussiness on 9/30/22 and told her I was very concerned. I even asked if they could give me a refund but she said I would hear from Mattress Tech, I have not heard from them. Please help me resolve this problem.Initial Complaint

I spent $1311.82 on a defective mattress and foundation. It was purchased in December 2019, but I initially tried to resolve this dispute some 6 months after the date of purchase. The mattress has a pillow top attached and it sunk some 2 ½ to 3 inches just a few months after I bought it. The store in which I bought it went out of business. I have tried to contact this business (manufacturer) several times, by phone and certified mail, but never received a response! This particular mattress is called a Mily Rhapsody. The store never provided me with a written guarantee, but it was one of the higher-end mattresses they had. The fact that it lost its support so fast is not acceptable. I want this mattress replaced.
