10/04/2022 $17,348.00-Included a trade-in for $2,500.00.Traded a ******************** at ******** in ******, ** for a 2013 Audi A4 on 10/4/2022. I contacted the dealer on 10/5/2022 informing him that the car was leaking a significant amount of oil. I was told to bring the vehicle back for them to fix. It was taken to ***************** to be repaired. It was in the shop until 10/14/2022. On 10/22/2022 a message came on stating that I needed to add a quart of oil immediately. I added a quart of oil and returned the car to the dealer on 10/24/2022. It was taken back to ***************** and I got it back on 10/27/2022. On 11/4/2022 I received another message on the car stating to add a quart of oil immediately. I added another quart of oil and returned the vehicle to the dealer on 11/15/2022. They took it back to ***************** and I picked the vehicle up 11/18/2022. On 11/28/2022 I received another message stating that I needed to add a quart of oil immediately. I purchased more oil and went to the dealer with the vehicle and told them I would be taking it to the Audi dealership for it to be diagnosed. I dropped it off at the dealership on 12/9/2022. They diagnosed the car and stated that it needed $9,037.42 in repairs. I took the conditioning report back to the dealership and stated that I would like for them to put me in something else. ****** the owner of S&R Auto stated that he would not stick me with the car and would put me in something else. I sent *** the salesman who sold me the Audi several vehicles on their lot that I would be interested in trading the Audi for and never got a response from ***. He was sending in multiple vehicles to the finance company where my credit was being ran several times, The finance manager was approving me for the vehicles but *** was telling me that I would need to put down $3,000-$4,000 down on another vehicle but that wasn't included in with the financial aggreement. The car then shut off and is now not driveable. Dealer never helped.Business response

We were aware that ******************************* was having problems with her car. We attempted to trade with her(no money down) for a 2016 **** Escape with only ***** miles. She did not like the idea of that vehicle. We then offered to trade for several others but due to finance company limitations she would have to have money down. We regret when any of our customers have problems with their cars and do get them serviced prior to sale but vehicles are man made machines. We have been in business thirty one years and strive to make our customers happy! Thanks ***** Canipe
