      Purchased a vehicle, I was told by the sales rep that all their vehicles get serviced and detailed. I took it home, a few days later it started giving me issues. I opened the hood to check to see what was going on. I noticed all the fluids were beyond low, checked the oil and noticed it was black. I took it to shop, because why would I trust them to do a service when they told me it was done. The shop conducted a service, the spark plugs and cords needed to be replaced. Then the car died completely on me. They couldn't figure out what the issue was and all what was left to do was to replace the key. I decided to reach out to JT, since it hadn't been 30 days since my purchase. At the end of the day they were able to replace the key, however the processes was terrible. Each day turned into an additional day. I would have to call to follow-up, my last conversation I attempted to express my frustration and the receptionist at the service department replied with "next time do your homework and don't buy this type of car." I went into the dealership to try to talk to the store manager about my experience and the comments that were made by the other employee. He avoided me for a bit until he finally decided he would allow me to talk to him. He immediately had an attitude. He would cut me off and not let me speak only to say comments of "common sense" and "your car is blocking my dumpster from getting picked up." After going back and forth he finally told me "I am done talking." This was the absolute worse customer service experience that I have ever encountered by any business.

      Brought a $30,00 truck from TAZ 6 months later truck needs a new engine. I spoke with the owner ****, he was extremely rude. When I asked him if this is how he does business in his community, he showed no remorse or concern we are *******. I also mentioned about all his bad reviews, and previous BBB complaints, he is repose is it doesn't hurt his business. If you are looking for a dependable used car, go else where. You will get *******. Do you research as well, many others have also been cheated. Because there is no accountability for this dealership he will continue to sell lemons, and we the customer will continue to *******.

      We at TAZ Autogroup appreciate your business and look out for all of our customers. Ms. ***** and her Fiancé bought a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from TAZ Autogroup about 6 months ago AS-IS and were very happy with there purchase. They were offered the option to buy a warranty and turned down the option to buy a warranty on a USED vehicle. We service all of our vehicles and all of our vehicle have a North Carolina state inspection. We are not sure what she or her fiancé used the truck for in the 6 months that they had it but obviously the engine was in good working order and something happened to it with what they were using it for. Even after all of this we still offered to help her by giving her a discount on what it would cost to fix it or trade her out of the vehicle for the current trade in value of her vehicle. Ms. ***** refused to do so and started slandering us and talking vulgar to some of our customers that we had in our showroom. I do not feel like we took advantage of anyone in this situation because Ms. ***** bought a truck as is and did not purchase a warranty and thinks that all dealerships should buy the car back after 6 months of use no questions asked. Unfortunately, for her that does not work in any of the 50 US states.

      This company can improve by honoring warranty issues. I recently purchased a 2015 Colorado with only 96,000 miles. Oct 15th. It was almost new. The sales team at TAZ, an affiliate of JT Auto Group, really went all out to get me into this truck, my credit score made the process challenging to say the least. I did notice in the first week that there was an issue with the brakes that I'd not noticed during my test drive. The service team found that the problem was with the brake booster and kept my truck for a few days waiting for the part to arrive. I had to rent a vehicle for that week but the charge from the service center was a whopping $1. The following weekend, I took my truck for an oil change with a different local garage and was told of a transmission leak. Hmm, okay. I made a Saturday appointment the following week with JT's service center to fix the leak and top off the fluid. The leak was a loose supply line, at that time. The fluid was not topped off because it required a charge to me and I was in between payweeks. So a second appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday. I wound up coming the Friday before my scheduled appointment. It was that afternoon the service team began to see that my transmission had more serious issues. I was informed that to examine my transmission would take a minimum of 20 hours to find and if possible fix what was at fault. So, now a third appointment was made for the following Monday. That morning, the service manager, having been aware of my transmission leak was already resolving how the correct the problem among members of her team. However, a minor glitch developed between this appointment and the last. I'd travel some 40 odd miles beyond my warranty and the lot owner refused to correct my transmission issue. This was all in less that 30 days after I took delivery. The sales and service teams are to be celebrated for their service to their customers. The ownership leaves much to be desired. I'm not only disappointed I'm embarrassed for the team who are subjected to this sort tyranny. We the little people of the planet still hold power. Where we buy! Don't buy here without a full mechanical inspection. AND I MEAN BUMBER TO BUMBER!
