I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding service I received at White Motors in **************, **. From start to finish, my experience with this establishment exceeded all expectations, and I am compelled to share my positive feedback.First , the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at White Motors were exemplary. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly and made to feel valued as a customer. The team members demonstrated genuine concern for my vehicle's needs and took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs required.Furthermore, the quality of service provided by White Motors was truly exceptional. Not only did they diagnose and address the issues with my vehicle efficiently, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right the first time. If I could give zero stars, I would! I have never in my life had such a horrible experience. I took my vehicle to the dealership for service. I initially went in to get my check engine light checked and issue resolved. They contacted me after a full day diagnostic to inform me that I needed new spark plugs and a fuel injection treatment. The next day, they called and stated that "there are some loose wires (unknown wire name/type, never stated or confirmed) that they will repair "at no cost"". I had to call them around 4:30 for an update on my vehicle whereas the service lady stated that she was writing me a quote and there was ALOT that needed to be repaired.Long story short, I went to pick up my vehicle and my perfectly running SUV was shaking uncontrollably and would barely switch gears and pick up speed. The check engine light blinking and I barely made it home. I called the service rep ****** immediately and asked her why my vehicle was no longer running properly, she stated that she did not know but she that she told me that I would need to get those things on the quote she gave me fixed($6000+ quote btw). She said that it could have started happening during the test drive. (A Lie) Frustrated and upset, I found a mechanic shop the very next morning who ensured me that he would get to the problem of what they had did, he found that "wires" had been played with as if someone tried to do something to fix them. He also was sure that my issue had NOTHING to do with any of those things they listed on that quote, but was with the fuel harness (which **** obviously had been messing around with), he identified and fixed the problem, solved the check engine light, and had my vehicle driving perfectly in less than 24 hours and at a quarter of the cost that White Ford charged me to s**** my vehicle up! I thought I was in the best hands by going directly to the dealership, but I was truly screwed over with no apology or accountability.White Motors Response

Thank you for reaching out to us. The vehicle was not running perfectly when it arrived at all, and we told the customer from the beginning of the conversation that the tune up was a starting point because it had the original plugs in it and the only codes that were stored in the vehicle's computer for misfire and running rich. After we did the tune up, I had technicians fix the two wires on top going to the fuel injector harness and the O2 sensor harness because he missed them during his inspection, so we repaired them as a courtesy. (It was literally 2 wires that he repaired and heat shrinked). Three technicians looked at this vehicle along with the service manager, and the engine oil was low and the oil was blowing through the turbocharger because the seals were bad and also pushing it through the air intake system back into the air cleaner.(this was like this before we ever worked on the vehicle) Also, the power steering rack was bad and needed to be replaced. So the service writer provided the customer with a quote for all the repairs and told her what kind of symptoms could be caused by the turbocharger. After the customer left, she called the service writer and said it seemed to have a lack of power, which the service writer explained to her could be caused by the failed turbocharger. She never asked us to look at it again or do anything else to the vehicle. She also just purchased this vehicle from someone else and told the service writer she knew it had problems and she was going to try and fix things little at a time. So the seller may have "patched" it, whatever they did, but it has nothing to do with White Motors, we are here to help however we can. The service writer spent a good amount of time going over each thing with her in the waiting room as well. We will reach back out to *********************** but we are all at a loss for words on how we tried so hard to help and now we have turned into the bad guys.Review from Ryan K

I honestly have no idea how this place is even still in business, the way they treat potential customers, or just people in general. After reading complaints and reviews from others, it became obvious very quickly to me that my experience is only one of MANY, and this is simply the way they operate at this place.I was trying to purchase a vehicle, and give this company over 20k of my heart-earned money. For 3 days I tried getting somebody to talk to me about this particular vehicle. I sent multiple emails, leaving my phone number in all of them, saying they're welcome to email, call, text...whatever works best for them. Nothing. I FINALLY get an email this morning from ***************************, which appeared to be a generic email that's sent out to any potential customers who have shown interest in any vehicles there. The email simply stated that if I was too busy to come by their dealership for a test drive, that they'd bring it to ME, so long as I lived within 70 miles of there. That's it. But, at least there was a name attached to the email, so now I had someone to ask for when I called...M i k e P e t e r s ********* he answered, he informed me that the vehicle I've been trying to talk to someone about was sold TWO DAYS AGO!! Then told me that he sent me an email this morning telling me so. I reminded him of the ACTUAL email that was sent to me, and that it said nothing about the car being sold. He literally sat there and ARGUED with me, calling me a liar, saying and repeating several times that he DID send an email telling me it was sold already. I'll repeat that, HE SAT THERE AND ARGUED WITH THE GUY TRYING TO GIVE HIM OVER 20 GRAND FOR A VEHICLE! Do I really need to say anything else?? Here's a tip ****, if you're gonna work in sales, don't be a douche to people trying to give their money to you. And definitely don't call them a liar and argue with them. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. We were traveling back from visiting family in MD when my husbands truck said his diesel filter was 100% full and to seek service immediately. We came to Whites because they are a dodge dealership and would be able to service my husbands truck….WRONG. They took his truck back and tried to force a regeneration to get rid of the diesel particles but it didn’t work. They came back out and said that we needed to pay 3500 for a knew DPF system but then told us it would take 6 months to get the part….welp then they said or you could trade it in. At that point my husband and I decided ok lets go look around. Found a decent jeep and went to crunch some numbers when the sales team said they were only going to offer us 18,000 for the truck when its valued at 26,000. They told us it was going to take 8,000 to fix the truck and put tires on LOL. At that point I said no way lets just try to make it home to ************* NC and see if we can get it looked at somewhere else because this seems like a complete lie/sham. Took it to ***** ***** in ************, they flash updated the PCM which then caused the truck to regenerate. Per the tech absolutely nothing is wrong with the DPF it simply needed a software update. Here we are out about 400 dollars between there incorrect diagnostic and I also had to take a day off work unpaid for this. The service manager wont do anything to refund the diagnostic fee due to their error. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone EVER. I love that this is how they are treating the active duty military community and their families. WHAT A COMPLETE SHAM OF A DEALERSHIP.Review from Charlie A.

This is the kind of service you get from Whites Motors/GMC service department. I bought a truck back in February, had it 2 weeks and heard a ticking noise in the motor. Took it back to Whites Motors and was told the lifters on both side had gone bad. Took it back 3 weeks later for them to replace the lifters and I was told it would take 3 days but it turned into 7. Got it back on the 7th day only to find out that they broke the ear off of the water pump where it bolts up to the alternator. They put JB weld on it and said it was ok to drive until they caught the shop up because they were behind. I called the Service Manager and Mr. *****, the owner. Never heard back from the owner but the service manger finally call me back 7 days later. It still took them 3 weeks to get my truck back into the shop to fix their *** **. Dropped it off this past Tuesday afternoon so it would be there Wednesday morning. I was told it would take only a day to fix it and I would have my truck back by 5pm Wednesday. It wasn’t ready until today (Thursday) and I found another problem they tried to cover up by hiding it under other wires. They broke the clip that holds the wires up. I will never buy anything from them ever again and definitely won’t carry anything in to get serviced.Review from MR. B

I purchased a 2019 ********** on July 1 but was unable to thoroughly examine the vehicle because one of the managers was using the vehicle. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle on the 2nd, I realized the mileage on the odometer and what was on the document I sign was about 4K miles higher. There must be a law against that. Once I returned to ******** I had the vehicle checked out and they concluded the vehicle was coming upon an oil change, the front tires were worn and needed to be replaced. The vehicle needs a front end alignment, two tires and an oil change. I talked with the sales person and the sales manager all week but the sales manager won't make any concession or attempt to address my concerns. Now they are not returning or taking my calls. This is perhaps the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I can't believe a dealership would treat a customer who just purchased a $50k vehicle this way.Review from Bobby P

Horrible to do business with. Saw a 2020 ********************** 4WD drive listed on their website (VIN: *******************************) on 6/9/21. Contacted them via email first thing the next morning. Asked them to simply give me an out the door price that I could take to my credit union for loan approval and that I would come buy the car the next day. Emailed, texted, and called. Waited and waited for dealership to send me the info I needed. Finally, after going on 4 PM I called my contact G. who finally informed me the vehicle had been sent to auction. ***? Totally unprofessional. You have 33 new vehicles on the lot and it takes you all day to notice one is not available for sale? WTH is it still listed on your website? I smell the old bait and switch. The only redeeming factor in this fiasco is that I did not drive 4 hours with check in hand to pick up the car. I have several friends in the ********* & ********* areas, and you better believe that I will tell them how shabbily we were treated. I don't understand how any dealer can stay in business with such shoddy business tactics. I will be filing a complaint with Ford. I'm disgusted because I thought I finally had the car I wanted!!
