            On 09/14/2021 I viewed a property listed by this realtor and paid a $60 application fee; on 09/23/2021 an additional $2,300.00 for a Security Deposit and first month rent for a move in effective 10/01/2021; and an additional $150.00 on 09/24/2021 to a professional painter to paint in an area of the residence prior to my scheduled move in date. Prior to signing the lease, there was a documented mutual agreement the deck on the outside of the property would be replaced because unknown to me it was fully deteriorated (on a second floor level residence) which is a safety hazard; I was told the residence was professionally painted, prior; whereas, the paint is unmatched to the prior color on the walls and noticeably nonuniform in shade and application; there appears to have been a major water leak on a wall in the kitchen that was covered by paint; I request the air/heating system to be serviced (in writing) and it was told after signing the owners knew it was broken.
