Parked in a lot in West *********. The payment process was difficult and confusing. Had to download an app, create an account, submit card info and the system didn't work. Since I was only going to be 15 minutes I left the car in the lot and upon return had a violation notice and owed $40. What a rip off. Beware of The Car Park lots. In addition, the signage was wrong about the cost per hour.
