I have been taking my daughter here for 2 years now. DO NOT RECOMMEND. long wait times rude staff. Nobody has nay idea what they are doing in there. And I have paided off my daughter's braces in FULL they did not take me off auto pay still charged me a monthly fee and have been calling for 3 days and they will not let me speak to their office manager she will not returning of my phone calls about giving me my money back. THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOUR CARD EVERY MONTH EVEN AFTER YOU HAVE PAIDED IN FULL. DO NOTNFOR ANY READON LET THEM TALK YOU INTO AUTO PAY. They will also not communicate with you about it to give you your money back that they took and should not have. I had to go to my bank and pay ***** to change my card to make sure that they can not take anymore money out that I DO NOT owe them. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ILLEGALLY AND NOT DO ANYTHING TO GIVE IT BACK AS IT IS THIER MISTAKE.Review from Ashleigh F

They have paid customers for reviews on ******* They dont return calls and have severely rude staff. This office played In my mouth like a childs toy set. The doctor ruined a few orthodontic practices in ******* and bought out a respectable practice in **************. This is the worst place you could go to get any type of work done. I wouldnt recommend at all. If you want a doctor who cares dont come to this place.Review from Leslie G

DO NOT give them your business. I have already paid in full and been waiting since September for aligners that take one month to be produced. They tell you one month, but then it becomes two or three and now it's been 6 months and no one will return my calls. I have been wearing aligners meant to be worn for 2 weeks for 6 months.
There is no administration. For 2 years, every month when I went in, all staff members are completely new from phones to office manager to the people working on your teeth. No one knows what is going on, what to do or where anything is. They are all interrupting each other's patient treatment to ask these questions. NO staff members stay at this location and you get to be their guinea pigs, every month.
Don't give them your credit card information because no one is paying attention to when to stop billing. They will just bill whenever they feel like. Paid in full? They will keep charging you.
Dr. ******* took over for **** Ortho and I wish I had checked into her background. There's a lot there including a prior practice that was shut down in another state as well as other issues that would make anyone run.
Dr. ******* sells you the Invisalign brand, but you get sub par clear aligners from a lab ********** (this is fraud). After digging, turns out she lost privileges to work with Invisalign.
In my experience, the Dr. just wants your money and your insurance company's money and she either doesn't know how to do orthodontics or she simply doesn't care about her patients and possibly both.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of my issues here. Look at her other reviews and believe them. The 5 star reviews are from when Dr. ****, who retired was running this practice.Review from Jamie H

My 2 oldest children received treatment from Land Orthodontist & I enjoyed them so much that I stuck with them when my 3rd child had to get braces. The staff is pleasant & helpful & I really like that they have an office local to my home!Review from Meshelle D.

I definitely don't recommend this place. It has been a constant headache since my son started with them. There is absolutely no need for an appointment because you will be called when they are ready. I made the mistake of making a payment plan with them and they charged my card when they wanted to - not once but twice. No refunds just we will charge it less next The dental assistant didn't bond the brackets on well, so about 30 mins after we left it came off and I wasn't able to get a new appointment until the following week on Thursday. Mind you no one mentioned this office is only open on Thursday's. If it wasn't for the cancellation fee I would cancel ASAP and copy this review to every social media page they have as a BUYER'S BEWARE I will not be referring anyone here at all. THEY NEED A BETTER CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLIENTS THAT WANT TO LEAVE AND SEEK EXCELLENT CARE ELSEWHERE BECAUSE THIS SYSTEM DOES NOTHING BUT LEAVE A BAD TASTE IN YOUR MOUTH. I have been a customer of Dr. **** Orthodontics for 15 years. Both my daughter and I have had our braces done there while Dr. ******* **** was in practice there. Dr. ******* **** was like an extended family member so naturally I took my 13 year old son for consultation. During consultation, I was told that Dr. ******* **** is no longer practicing there but still owned the business and is practicing in another country. At my first visit, I regretfully signed a contract for braces which would cost $8,200 and after insurance and discounts my payment would be $5,430. I was told by the Financial advisor that the insurance company would only allow an estimate of $1k to be used. After only 3-4 visits, my son no longer wanted to attend the practice so we looked for another orthodontic facility. At the new facility, we were quoted a price that was significantly cheaper, $6,480, and they mentioned that the insurance would cover up to $5K. Our out of pocket expense would be $1,544 (minus a discount received). This is a huge difference in pricing. Why wouldn't the cost of insurance be the same at both locations? I used the same insurance for both places.
For several weeks I have tried to contact the Financial Advisor and even called the number she gave me, which happened to be a fax number. I spoke to the receptionist (who were all new) and was told that they would pass on my info but I never received a return call. I then sent an email thru the online portal but no response. I called about 3-4 times and spoke to receptionist stating I wanted to discontinue treatment and wanted to know the process and she said she would call me back with more info but I did not receive a return call. Finally when I called back today I was informed that because I was still in the contract I would have to pay back $1,700 and my son has only been there for 3-4 visits. I went into the office to try to resolve the situation and no resolution made. I do NOT recommend this practice. Their fees are OUTRAGEOUS, and poor communication. This could have been resolved if they only returned my phone calls, email, and communicated with me about the termination process. Because of the lack of communication and my son not wanting to get treatment there, we are no longer returning to this business. I do NOT recommend.
