Every day I get an email from ******; I have asked "******" numerous times to put me on the do not contact email list, but still, like clockwork, here we are again, getting another email from ******. I have attached a photo of the conversation that we had a while ago about putting me on the do not contact list, this still has not been followed, and as I said before, I was going to write to BBB about this behavior! Also, it appears that his partner ********************* has also been sending me emails as well lately. Again, I have requested to be removed from his list, and still here we are still receiving the same emails again and again.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I have called to complain about the amount of emails that I have received and it's all the same email address. Their customer support team was not helpful either as I am still getting emails from their team members. I only have one email address that is relevant to this complaint and they're using two or three of their employees accounts. Again, I am asking that I am removed from all correspondence. There is no reason why I should have to not only email but call their customer support line, which again, said that I was going to be removed and yet, I'm still on their list for emails.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. This is only if and when I am not contacted by this company again in the future. In which case, I will open another BBB Complaint in the future.

The company is continually spamming, a dedicated email for use by members of mensa trying to sell some services. So far they are refusing to comply with do not spam requests. We are asking for them to cease and desist on spamming that email box, and provide us the source where they acquired this email address so we can get it removed from that source.Business response

Understood, any business that we email has expressed interest in obtaining working capital in the past. We understand that our marketing efforts can no longer apply to businesses as time goes by. For almost a year, I have been receiving unsolicited e-mail from this company with promises of prequalified business loans. I have never subscribed to the company's services or signed up for e-mail. I generally get these e-mails 3-4 times per week. I have reported them to the owner of their e-mail server (Mailjet.com) but no action has been taken. A recent example is attached (e-mail source file with full headers); they are sent from multiple e-mail addresses at the same company. multiple times every week, I get email from them. Most are from ******, but that isn't the only name used. I have never ever asked for a quote or asked to receive these emails. I have tried to unsubscribe and I have tried sending ****** an email asking to be removed from their distribution list. All to no avail. I WANT THEM TO STOP EMAILING ME!!!!! This may seem pointless to you, but I'm filing a complaint anyway. As far as I'm concerned, VIP is just another one of those sketchy business loan/factoring companies - an alternative to a traditional loan for businesses in trouble. For the last several months, they have been sending emails, bugging us for business. They're primarily being sent to my business partner's personal email address. How they got it, I don't know. We have repeatedly hit 'unsubscribe'. When that is done, the individual stops, but gives our address to a co-worker! It's been non-stop. The latest comes from some guy named ******* (*****************************). I have repeatedly told them via email and phone to stop, but to no avail. Quite frankly, I do NOT CARE what their BBB rating is. I know well and good that an A rating can be bought. As I said, VIP has ALL of the earmarks of a predatory company. I refuse to do business with them, I don't want their emails, and I want it to stop!Business response

I approached VIP Capital about a business loan. They told me they didn't do loans directly but they bought out loans after making a few good payments with one of their loan partners. We had agreed on a term and we proceeded with getting a loan from their partner. After a few good payments I reached out to them to buyout my loan like we had agreed upon. But now they refuse to buy out the loan and I'm stuck with a loan term that isn't what I originally agreed upon.Business response

Even their response is a lie. #1 I was always respectful when talking to anyone from the company. #2 All I asked for was for the agreement/terms we discussed to be honored. They've chosen to pretend like it's case closed and move on. Their CFO would call me like 15-20 times in a day to get the deal done with the other loan company but when it came time for them to do what they had originally discussed they ghosted. They are a predatory company that will only try and leverage a better position than you even if it costs you thousands of dollars. I am not pleased with their response.
